I'd like to have the ability to give away promotional items (sets/polybags,
figs) using coupons in addition to using them for discounts.

For example, I'd like to issue a coupon for a free minifigure sw667 if the
order is over $50. The seller sets up the coupon by entering the promo item's
inventory lot number from his/her store, the amount at which the promotion is
valid, and the promotional price (any amount down to free/$0). The item is then
shown in the buyer's cart if the amount is met (much like the way S@H works).
If the promo item is no longer available, then the buyer is made aware of this
before the order is placed and can decide to empty his cart. This has the added
effect of keeping the seller honest (avoiding a bait and switch) since the promo
item is documented on the order.

This could also be expanded beyond a coupon and just set up as a store rule:
if order amount is A, B, or C, then automatically add item X, Y, or Z to the
buyer's cart.

This might require a special option on the promotional lots to keep them from
being sold outside of the promotion if the seller so desires; sort of a promo
items stockroom.

Thoughts?
