Hello Admin

Please allow a "my cost" option on the "my orders received" page, and also include
the grand total at the bottom of the page.

At the moment there is only an option to include the "my cost" feature on each
individual order page, which makes acquiring the total for the month etc, quite
tiresome.

I'm guessing this would be a simple option to implement, though please correct
me if I'm wrong.

I vote yes. I have often wished for such a convenient feature. Seems like it
would be easy to implement. Hopefully some day it will be.
