| I think it would be great to take a parted set out of inventory (or as many pieces
it could take out if some were already sold). Maybe this feature is already
here and I'm missing it?

Yes, it basically already exists.
Just part out the set to your inventory as normal, with a quantity of -1 (or
-2 or -3 etc)

Undo:
If you part out a wrong set into your inventory or wanted list and wish to
undo, you can part out a negative quantity (of the quantity of a set you parted
out) of a set into your inventory. This will remove the items in that set from
your inventory or decrease quantities of items from that set in your inventory
if the items were consolidated into existing items in your inventory in the original
part-out.

Haven't tried this, but it sounds handy. Can I assume that it's smart enough
not to cause negative inventory if I start the process having fewer of some particular
part than there are in the set?
