I assume they were blocked from using the API. They still have buying and selling
privileges.

Oh OK, but then, did they read the API Terms?

I've had reasons to contact BL in the past, and found it near impossible
to contact anyone who actually works for BL. They want you to use the "Community"
resource, good luck. (credit where credits due, the "Community" does
help sometimes, just a bummer to rely on complete strangers for technical BL
help instead of the company, but that's what it is.)

Over a month ago, Bricklink blocked us from their website, because we were taking
