in NOK, which is converted in EUR and is sorted incorrectly. Exchange rates are

I have only noticed this behaviour with shop's from Norway. Why is this?

NOK, Nokia Oyj shares?

NOK NOK, whos there?

A Norwegian?

Okay, I get it, Norwegian Krone Euro conversions have been somewhat wonky for
reasons outside the sphere of influence of BL and third party, and beyond whatever
site issue there might also be.

I saw a couple of posts regarding emails stating, "Someone has signed into
your account." The ones I saw were from support@policyking.net. The one I
received appears to come from bricklink support. I did not click any links. I
immediately logged out of my account and changed my password. I'm using my
phone b/c my PC is down right now so I could not hover over the address. But
the drop down arrow shows the address as well as encryption details. (see attached
screenshots).

Thanks, SB

They keep trying to hack into my account.

We received 5 of those emails in a span of 2 hours today.

Any idea where they get BL user email addresses?

There are many ways to get e-mail addresses, specific ones or in bulk lists.

Ex: a buyer 3 years ago could have his PC infected by a trojan or a virus which
will parse all his local e-mails and send the addresses From/To etc.

Or another site you registered which had its database hacked.

Or often, while simply Googling the web.

And zillion other ways, most of them not being related to BrickLink.

Hi all, thanks for the help in advance.
I am trying to upload an image of a piece that I wish to add to the catalogue
but all my imagaes are too big (bigger than the 800 x 600 pixel limit).
How should I go about getting a picture that I can upload?

  Hello,

While browsing stores I like clicking on items to go to the part ID page to check
colors and prices.

Now there is a long "Report this Listing" link at the very most top right
of every lot next to the item ID.

It takes up a ton of space and I keep accidentally clicking on it, as the top
right is usually where the part ID is, and on user interfaces, is never where
a report button is.

I did not see any options in my settings to remove the link. I don't want
to see the link on every unique store lot I click on. I have reported maybe 1
thing in nearly 20 years.

Is there a way to remove this link? I know how to report if I need to. I don't
need it to be the largest link at all times, it is in the way constantly, as
I'm used to that spot being the actual item I want to see details on not
a "Report" button.

Agreed! I keep tapping it accidentally, as well, and it’s pretty annoying. It
seems moving the “Report Listing” link to the bottom would alleviate the issue.
Perhaps some emails to IT would help?

Thank you very much! That solved the issue. It was indeed an item I'd added
15 minutes before the problem started. I have no idea how the item got added
twice; I should've received an error message.

One sure thing that creates duplicates is when parts are merged in the catalogue.

Definitely wasn't that this time.

While working on my Wanted Lists a few minutes ago through the Add to Wanted
List pop-up from a catalog page, I went back to edit a second time, and the first
edit hadn't saved. Trying repeatedly, it refuses to save any edit to the
Qty or Max Price or Comments of any item already on the Wanted List. Looking
at the work I've done, the issue only seems to have been happening for 15-30
minutes.

Going to the actual Wanted List and attempting to manually edit items also fails,
resulting in the page refusing to save and getting a red error pop-up stating
"Only one item/color combination is allowed per Wanted List" despite
the fact that there is only one, and I'm simply attempting to edit it.

I can only edit a Wanted List item by deleting it and re-adding it, which is
extremely inconvenient. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

If the article says "Light & Sound", don't search for "light
sound"!

No. It actually removes the & symbol and everything after it in the main banner
search bar. The search it shows after is only "Light " but if you then
type in the keyword search the Light & sound string it brings up the correct
results.

Yes indeed! Norway Tax as in Briklink Tax.
Seem with the other order I had, that was to Australia
I am not a VAT seller

Your status doesn’t matter.

BrickLink has to collect the taxes from the buyers, so the payment can only be
done with an onsite method (Stripe or PayPal Onsite).

If there’s an e-mail or link in the invoice, it may be a way to make the buyers
pay offsite (the buyers could send the money directly to the e-mail, or the link
could be a link to a payment service).  BL can’t allow that because that would
be tax fraud.

Remove links and e-mails from your invoices when BrickLink has to collect tax.

Thank you for your comment I have deleted all links and email addresses but I
still get the same message I have adjusted my massage template so that there
is no longer a link is that the right way?

Update the invoice with a credit of 0.01 or editing the shipping a bit and try
again.

I got it!! I deleted all the tekst in the invoice befor sending it and.... it
send out!
Recieved the invoice myself aswell and I could see the normal invoice.
So there is someting in de invoice that couses this problem.

Thanks to all!

Are you sure it isn't "sound,". If it doesn't have a space the
search doesn't find it I always use an asterisk.
