I have a bunch of sets that I plan to sell. A few of them (I think) got water
damage to the box. The sets are still sealed. One end of the box is kind of crushed,
and my guess is that it got a bit wet and then the weight of the rest of the
box made it get crushed. So I am leaning towards opening the box to confirm the
instructions aren't messed up, so that I can disclose that when I sell it.
But then again, I hate to break the seal of the box. What would you do? (They
are big sets - Disney castle, Big Ben, and Ghostbusters firehouse.)

Problem Order

Can anyone help?

After 6 months of not getting my money back for a refused international package.
(shipping was 50% higher than quoted, so I sent the package back)

The seller (Oasis in South Carolina) refused to refund my money until the package
came back to him. There is no detailed tracking on return packages, but it shows
that it came into the USA on October 28th.

He told me that it could take 6 months for it to come back. Since it is almost
6 months, I want to check back with him.

All of my prior orders are gone and so are my old messages.

I was able to download the order (without much details, but it had the prices).

Is there a way to get back my messages? Or order? I did not delete these things.

I have been building 75379.

I for the life of me can't work out what the 2x4 black plate is for?

It doesn't show any use in the instructions and you can't see it in any
of the photos of the set anywhere.

I shipped an order to a buyer with tracking, but the order has been lost.
I've recieved the money ftom the post office and now I want to refund the
buyer.
I refund him from Bricklink or Paypal?
So i have no issues with Bricklink platform and the buyer?
