| There was a particular item I was uncertain whether I had actually bought or
not recently and I went to check my orders (I new who I would have bought it
from if I did buy it) to see if I could find it. I was looking through my feedback
and found the feedback left by the person I would have bought it from but the
order was no longer accessible. I copied the order number but what I want to
know is is there any way to view the order?

| So this is kind of a multi part discussion so brace yourselves.
Lets discuss the partner fee we pay through PayPal as well as the "Fee"
we pay for selling items here. The reason id like to discuss what these fees
are used for is because i feel some of the money that we pay to use this platform
should go toward making improvements on Bricklink. Yes i am aware that someone
has to pay to keep the lights on, literally snd metaphorically speaking. I do
also know that with the platform essentially complete, it does not cost as much
money to maintain. Im also fairly certain someone familisr with bricklinks code
is still on the payroll. im also aware the platforms newer version is still being
worked on correct? So since bricklink doesnt actually help solve any of the very
few issues that arise (monetarily speaking) where does this money go? the most
important item that needs addressing is to pay someone to add the ability to
automatically remove items from our wanted lists that we purchase. To me this
seems to be a no brainer in regards to convenience. People like myself who suffer
from neurological disorders that make us forget things much more easily are taking
a hit. Yes it is my fault im not denying that but i feel as if no one would complain
if the option is added somewhere in our settings. i know im kind of ranting and
i know the Lego Group can do whatever they want with their money, but without
our generous double dipped fees, this platform would cease to operate. And i
have no ill will toward lego or bricklink for requiring fees to be paid. All
organizations require some fee since the very first Home owners association we
formed after exiting our caves for good. But seriously im not irritated at anyone
but myself...

| I was going through my stock of 1x5 liftarms, and stumbled upon a color I have
not seen before. It is somewhere between Light and Dark bluish grays (middle
part in attached picture). It is not the old grays either. What is it? Bricklink
does NOT list such color. Could it be an off-brand or else?
It dies have the typical mold markings in the small openings (part number etc).
Any thoughts?

| Hey Everyone,
Opened my store just over a month ago but didn't know about this forum, so
thought I might as well look out for any feedback people might have..
The store is based in Australia and I started selling just domestically whilst
I took the time to figure out what I need for international shipping, pricing,
etc.
To which I think have got the information I needed and have opened up international
today in hopes to invite a larger audience as Australia is quite small compared
to the overall market from what I can see(around 4%).
I do understand that having more stock will be really beneficial and I have around
the same lot count in extra-storage that I am still yet to sort and add to inventory.
But as I have started this as a partial hobby, to get used to business-style
selling, etc, I only put a set starting amount of $1000 to build inventory as
well as a good amount of stuff I already had and am using any money made from
selling to reinvest back into more inventory.
Any feedback would be appreciated, whatever it may be.

| Hello Everyone,
I need some advice and I hope someone can help. I placed a order on 03/29/2024
and paid immediately through PayPal.
On 4/2/24 I was messaged and told that one of the items couldn’t be found and
was asked if I wanted a different color or a refund, I chose a refund as I
already had lots of the other color. The refund was never given before shipping
and when I received the order on 4/8 the item wasn’t in there but that’s not
the worst part! There were multiple problems with either incorrect colors of
a item sent, wrong quantity, one item not Lego, incorrect items sent and one
other item missing. So I sent a message and stated the issues and said I would
just like a refund mainly because one item that was damaged is a hard to find
one and there was not another in the store. The next response from that store
came through regular email and not through the “my messages” area but in the
email it was stated that the corrected items would be sent out at the earliest
convenience. I responded through the “My Messages” and asked for the refund as
I ordered from another store since they didn’t have another of the “special”
item and I was going to have to pay for shipping from that new store anyways.
I have sent 3 messages since that one email from them and I’ve had no response
or refund (or even any items coming in the mail) and I was going to report a
problem order but I’ve made payment, received most of my items so I’m not sure
if that is the route I need to take. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

| HI there I'm thinking selling on this website. I wanted to ask a few questions
about it however.
#1 I have "Complete" sets, but there're original bricks are scattered
in my LEGO box. is it right/uncouth to sell something as "complete" if
I put the sets back together again from my vast lego box?
#2 Is a mini figure still "new" if it has been gently taken care of in
a box of other minis, and never been played with and still shinny and unscratched?
any help is appreciated! I would just like to know the "Dos and don'ts"
of selling LEGO's
