| So either the kid who this collection came from is unusually strong or LEGO is
having some serious quality control issues. I've found more broken parts
in this lot than I've ever seen before. I've got plates and bricks from
30+ years ago that have held up better than these parts from under 7 years ago.
Anyone else seeing an increase in damaged parts from newer bulk used purchases?

| Yesterday I received two messages from one of the BL CE accounts, informing me
that US sellers are now able to submit their reseller certificate, in order to
be allowed tax exempt purchases.
I'm seeing no announcement about this in the Community. Is this official
? Personally, I do not see myself making use of it going forward, as I don't
wish to acquire additional inventory.

| Hi,
I am trying to complete my old Lego sets that are mostly from the 1980s, and
created several wanted lists (1 per set) in order to buy the missing parts.
Question:
How can I be sure that I am buying the (era)correct part?
Example: set "6951 Robot Command Center" from 1984 is missing 1x "Brick,
Round 2 x 2 with Axle Hole" = part 3941 in White.
However, the new part has a 'bottom ring' visible and the original parts
did not have that

So when using the 'buy all' option or selection all wanted lists that
I want to buy parts for, how do I know I get the correct part and not the newer
version?
Or has this option fully disappeared from Bricklink now?

versions of a part?

I has a similar request some years ago, which was ok - someone wanted one brick,
to pay and get the feedback. I Cannot remember what I did, but I found it wrong
so I probably cancelled
Now this - 0 feedback, but actually ordered a set and something else.
But - what do people here think?

Cart has a message of
"Item Do Not Fit in the Package"
it says max weight 34oz, however weights are not listed in cart detail to be
able to decide what I can remove and still want to place an order.
If this option is chosen for shipping, then the weight in cart should be automatically
on.

Can anyone help me cancel a paid order that I can not supply , it is a fake
minifig
that I checked and double checked and came to the conclusion that it is not Leggo.
So I have refunded that total sale and contacted the customer . Now it does not
let me proceed to the next step ..I could just mark it complete, but that's
not correct.
Can anyone help..

I am new to Bricklink. I ONLY buy sets for use in livestreams and YouTube. I
am wondering how I can register my company name and VAT number somewhere to get
it on the invoices so it's easier to get the VAT back.
Any suggestions? I only seem to find answers about SELLERS adding their VAT info,
not about buyers.

| So I just had an NSS filed against me. buyer said I sent the wrong part said
I did not ship part number 75038 there is no part with that number but its a
set. I did ship panels from that set 2 of them.
I have the Tracking number showing it shipped and was received.
this is my first NSS do I give bricklink the Tracking Number? I replied to NSS
in comments with the Tracking number and information pertaining to the order.
not sure if I need to do more?

| How many negative feedbacks are needed before someone is unregistered?
A certain user (1001 bricks may know of who I speak of) went around requesting
invoices and then not paying, which is not a big deal but, he was unresponsive
when asked if he wanted to pay or cancel.
Over all this guy ordered from over 20 stores and by the time his buying privileges
were revoked, he had wasted the time of 2 dozen stores.

| I have placed an order on a store and he hasn't shipped in 3 weeks and hasn't
replied so I've logged a NSS, seller says he's refunded me but I haven't
received anything. (STRIPE PAYMENT). Am wondering how long I should wait for

onsite, but because this apparently did not work, the Shipping Method says: Request
for invoice (backup method)

| Hey guys
I just now started to sell outside my country after we got all the permits (yes,
you need some for some countries, like for what shipping material you need, at
least as a company you need it).
So anyhow, we added a min-buy for shipping outside our country, but it seems
not to be working.
How it's setup:
I have shipping for my country
I have additional shipping for 4 other countries that i want to ship to
The store has no min-buy
The shipping in my country has no min-buy
The shipping for the 4 additional countries does have a min-buy (20.00)
So i'm not sure what i do wrong and why its not working? Anyone any idea
or do i miss an important step?

I just bought the Lightyear Zurg 76831 set and am planning to sell the Buzz and
Izzy figs that come with it. I was wondering whether or not it would be best
to sell without the alternative heads and hair that come with them. I see some
do and others don’t. I was curious if buyers have an expectation that they will
come with them and it might lead to a problem or perhaps I should list those
parts separately.
Any advice would be great.

I want to share this question with you: Bricklink sufficiently protects sellers
from offensive and above all unjustified negative feedback?
I ask this question because for me bricklink is a passion, it is neither a job
nor a source of income. I like to manage and grow my shop as if it were a small
business and I do it with the utmost honesty and transparency.
However, it happens that I receive negative feedback (take a look at the last
one I received) that is offensive and above all unjustified. I believe that it
is not only correct and polite to contact the seller in case of non-conformity
of the material received. Personally, I will fully refund all buyers who have
posted negative feedback even though they have not contacted me to explain the
problem. I think it would be appropriate to discuss how it is a little too easy
to give the possibility of using negative feedback without first informing the
seller that they have encountered a problem. How can it be right to receive negative
and offensive comments before finding a solution to the problem?
I invite the bricklink staff if they are interested in this post to avoid referring
me to the help pages

tuttavia accade di ricevere feedback negativi (date un occhiata all'ultimo
che ho ricevuto) offensivi e soprattutto ingiustificati. credo che sia non solo
corretto ed educato contattare il venditore in caso di non conformita del materiale
ricevuto. Personalmente go interamente rimborsato tutti gli acquirenti che mo
hanno postato un feedback negativo nonostante non mi abbiano contattato per spiegarmi
il problema. Credo che sarebbe opportuno discutere su quanto sia un po troppo
facile dare la possibilita di utilizzare il feedback negativo senza prima mettere
al corrente il venditore di aver riscontrato un problema. come puo essere giusto
ricevere commenti negativi e offensivi prima di trovare una soluzione al problema?
invito lo staff di bricklink qualora dovesse interessarsi a questo post di evitare
di rimandarmi alle pagine di aiuto

can anyone help wiith the following 2 orders
first order has been completed satisfactorally but it will not allow me to mark
as complete even though both myself and my customer have left good feedback ..the
completed bar is missing (have written to helpdesk twice with no response)
second order..the customer has requested cancellation of their order after paying
as they have changed their mind..i agreed providing they covered the unrefundable
part of the paypal fees ..which they are happy to do
i have processed the refund including going into the refund on bricklink part
but it will not let me cancel the order and update my inventory
any suggestions welcome
