Orders do not equal feedback. They have 2550 feedback of which 46 are non positive.

And hereby once again the argument why we need a modern kudo/appraisal/scoring/review-system.....

This means that you have had 104 orders where something was wrong and you got
neutral or negative feedback.

So I'm not surprised, but of course I don't know the details. As a buyer
I would hesitate to buy from a shop that has less than 99% positive feedback.

What was it you ordered, parts, sets, or a combination ?

If it was sets only, and in original boxes, the shipping might well have been
high. Cost of order does not have a direct relationship to cost of shipping,
especially when it involves international shipping.
