but also including 918, 894, 891, 305 and more. All have been opened and built,
have instructions for all and a box in good condition for 928. I’m just looking
for some advice about selling them. What’s the best place to do it and what sort
of a price could I expect?

| Hi guys,
Due to my Ltd company closing I am looking to sell all my inventory in one go.
I know the listed value is around £6000 and the going rate is around 1/3.
It would be supplied with all storage (12 organisers and some boxes) and brickstore
file so ready to go straight into someone else’s shop or collection.
If you are in Glasgow or somewhat local then happy to arrange viewings etc.
Looking for £1800 Ono for everything.
Please send me a message if interested.
Happy to discuss. Best regards, Calum.

| I have been going through my old LEGO BIONICLES and have found that some of them
have missing pieces and such. I was curious as to such if it would be worth while
donating or selling them locally (As I live in Australia) in stead of hunting
down the correct pieces to build a complete BIONICLE. I do want to recycle and
not waste these historic figures although made of plastic. I've had good
memories with them but I'd just prefer them to go to some use. I'm open
for other ideas as well.
TLDR; Is buying spare parts and then selling as whole worth the time?
Is it something to put time and effort into for such a task.

| Over the years we've had our share of let's say 'intriguing'
questions from prospective buyers.
Today's example "How much for all of the Luke’s?" that's it,
nothing further. For context, there are many Luke's listed on BrickLink,
we currently have 10 different Luke's. A brand new member (a few days old)
so they automatically receive an overabundance of understand.
How serious do you or should you, take such inquires though? It actually can
be fun trying pull meaning from the communication of some, to decipher without
asking for clarification, is sort of a challenge
Now curious, how do you sellers typically respond to such messages?

inside the package in case of damage to package or whatnot and the post office/UPS

if you think I would be more likely to sell the individually or as a super lot

Author: | MiniRoz | Posted: | Jan 15, 2024 17:19 | Subject: | Sellers listing Used Minifigures as New | Viewed: | 260 times | Topic: | Selling | |
| It seems like there is an increase in sellers listings USED figs as being in
NEW condition, but they put some like “looks new” or “like new” in the comments.
When I’m buying figs for my own collection, I’ll take the time to read the comments
and it’s not a huge deal. As a seller, however, it drives me nuts. When someone
lists a used fig as new, they usually sell it for well under the 6 month average,
which obviously affects what buyers believe is the average cost for actual new
figures. I know what they’re doing goes against BrickLink’s policy, but they
either didn’t get the memo or they don’t care.
As sellers, does this drive you bananas or do you just shrug it off? Do you keep
your new figs listed at a price that maintains a reasonable profit margin, or
do you cut your losses to compete with current average prices?

| Hello,
All buyers must pay with Paypal and an additional 2.7% fee (Paypal Fee) will
apply.
Curiously, with free shipping, the Paypal fee is split and one part is shown
on the invoice as “Shipping” and the other part as “Additional Fees1”.
As soon as the customer has to pay the shipping costs, the PayPal fee is only
shown as “Additional fees1” on the invoice. Under “Shipping” only the transport
costs are included.
From my understanding, the PayPal fee should always show as “Additional Fees1”.
Do I need to change the settings in my store? And if so, which one?
Greetings,
Andre

I have reached out multiple times to Bricklink support but have yet to receive

I didn't realize it before now - I received the PayPal notification and off
it went).
I'm more than happy to pay tax, etc. Anyone have any advice? Things I've
tried.
- Cycling through all the statuses allowed and pressing submit after each one
- Separate order payment status from order status (shows as "None" for
the buyer)
Any other ideas?
Thanks all!

| Hey guys, i am trying to write some code by myself for a custom application to
synchronize the inventories between brickowl and bricklink.
I am trying to implement it to work like i have my own database as main storage
and synchronize this database with the inventories to both platforms.
i wrote some code to use the xml file upload of bricklink and the inventory bulk
api of brickowl to upload the inventory
but i ran into some problems:
1. i always loose some items, in bricklink there are always missing some items
without throwing an error they were not inserted
2. it takes very long to finish this process because the bulk ednpoint of brickowl
just supports 50 requests per bulk request so this takes for about 26000 lots
about 520 bulk request with 50 requests each. The same for bricklink, the xml
file upload officialy supports about 1000 lots (it works with 2000 too but takes
very long) and the problem with the xml upload, i dont get a proper response
which lot got which id. I need the lot ids of both platforms because if i late
do some updates or deletes for some single lots i need the lot ids to manipulate
them on each platform
I just wonder if some of you know how this could be done in a proper way to work
better and maybe get this working for inserts/updates/deletes
PS: i dont want/can use other Softwares like Bricksync

| Hi guys,
I had 2 situations with the same domestic customer.
He have ordered 2 times from my store -
First time we have made agreement for the order, after packing he wanted to cancel
the order. He didn't pay then yet, but the parts were packed. So I needed
to return all parts to the inventory once again.
And second time he made the order again and said that he would like to add more
parts in that order and wanted from me to wait for him with the invoice. A day
later - same thing - he just told me that he needs to cancel order again...
So I have blocked this customer from my store.
My question is this:
I want to give him the negative feedback (just to make sure that other sellers
can see it)
but I am afraid to do that first time because I don't want his negative feedback.
What is the right step here for us sellers?
Happy Holidays!
Thank you!
