| Sorrry but both colors can be very good differentiated for the part 4073.
Ask for photos of your part and the same part in black.
In General, BRCook writes:
| Hi Bricklinkers,
I had a buyer who purchased 15x 4073 (New) in pearl dark grey (PDG). He sent
me a message today said I had supplied black instead of PDG. I checked my inventory
& I only have PDG in the drawer so I'm confident order was correct. I asked
him to check as difference between black & PDG is subtle. No it is black (offered
to provide photo).
My attitude is no point arguing over a few cents. I source my new parts from
unopened sets or directly from Lego so I can't offer the buyer anything else.
Automatic refund for the item.
I'm interested in other seller's experiences.
Thanks in advance.

* Change {3 to 2} Part Black 2599sprue Minifigure Footgear Flippers, 2 on Sprue
Comments from Submitter:
2 of them are used in the minifigs, another 2 remained.
The instruction as well clearly shows 4 pairs and not 5 in the part list.

What is it about 32064c that is important to you? There is no functional difference,
and I've never seen one of them used so that the bottom of the brick is visible.
There are no transparent colors either.

The functional difference is described in the additional note. The inside supports
of 32064c do not fit over a stud, while all other 32064 variants have a bottom
pin that can be placed inside a hollow stud. To illustrate this, the following
assembly can be build with all 32064 variants exept 32064c.

anymore which variants have been used in an older set - this will drop the demand

There are at least 3 versions of Book 3 of these instructions, so obviously LEGO

My original does not have the additional plates.

| Hi,
in set
there is a new variant of part
It has the mold number 4308.
From the pictures I have added it seems that the open side (visible mostly in
the second picture) is a little bit different to the old part.
I don't have any in hand but you can see it here on the left bottom picture:

I don't think it's available.
But you could copy/paste this list of bricks in an Excel (or Access table) and
group by reference while adding the On Lists totals? That'd give give you
what you wish?

| Hi all,
is there a chance to get such a list?
For sure, I can have a list of one category like this one:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogStatsWanted.asp?itemType=P&catID=5
But this list differentiates between the colors of the same item. I would need
to have this list without this differentiation.
Thanks in advance

While it is not fully automatic, you can do a part out of the whole set and tick
the exclude all box. Then on the next page untick the delete item box for the
parts you have left over.

| That's hard to say without pictures.
I had a look at some of the clones we accumulated. No LEGO Logo and slightly
different Torso Shape. I think most faked figures wouldn't have a LEGO Logo.
Possibly the printing has some slight differences.
You could dispute it via mail or just refund it and have it sent back. I'd
say the later option is the best in this case. We would have done that.

| Way back in 2013 I bought a very large number of LOR sets and splitted them,
offering the parts and kept the minifigs as an investment. I now offer part of
my stock in my shop. recently I sold one of the Grima's (lor072)I have.
After receiving the shipment I was contacted by the buyer that he wanted to return
the figure because he thought the grima was fake, because
" I have a question about the Grima minifigure you sent. Your shipped Lego figure
will not have as rounded shoulders as most other Lego minifigures. They are sharper."
As I am very sure I shipped genuine figures, can this be explained?
I offered the buyer to return, because I want my buyers to feel comfortable with
what they bought.

| But the picture of the set is clearly showing a green baseplate and not a bright
green baseplate - another confusion here on BL in addition to the LEGO naming
of the set...

LEGO sometimes doesn’t refer to their colors with their official names:
|
But that should not be relevant to items sold on BL.
OP bought the baseplate (and, IIUC, not the set) on BL, and it was advertised
as Green, it should be Green, not Bright Green.
|
I believe OP means set number? I was also a little confused. Part ID 10700 belongs
to a printed minifigure head from 2012.
|
Ah, yes, I thought it was a new alternate ID for 3811. I should have checked.
So, yeah, contains a Bright Green baseplate.
If OP ordered the set then it’s their fault.
But if they ordered the part and got sent the set (why not? what would be the
need to remove the packaging when selling as a part?), then it’s a seller error.
And now I remember there was a fuss when LEGO made that set, as the prior ‘green
baseplate’ set was with a Green baseplate.
But the part is big enough that the colours different enough that the seller
should notice

| | I wonder if the bubbles affect the performance of the lightsaber… I can imagine
a Star Wars movie where a jedi loses a duel due to his/her lightsaber having
air bubbles in it.
|
This was exactly the case in the end fight between Luke and his father. Luke
has inserted a lot of bubbles into Darthvader's lightsaber shortly before
their fight has started and Darthvader lost because of them - but unfortunately
this scene has been cut off and was never shown in the movie...
