As far as I know you can't choose to view a different currency than the one
used to make the order at checkout.

Of course! That's the solution Turez! Thanks so much guys! This has bothered
me for years, after I left the UK after Brexit.

| How does one change the price guide currency? I've tried changing my country.
I don't see a currency option under price guide settings. I see the prices
in GBP. I would like to see them in DKK or EUR instead.

|
Yes, of course here I'm serious.
| Do you really think that rates would be variable and matching in 33 cases, and
then FIXED by magic since 10th of January, IN EVERY SINGLE CASE?
|
I can't see anything with this resolution; post pics on Imgur for instance.
I guess you opened a ticket; then I don't see much you can do more here,
sorry.

That way you lose a lot due to PP's awful exchange rate. Isn't there
an option for US accounts to transfer other currencies than USD to bank accounts?

| I live in the US but I also have a bank account in an EU country where I transfer
USD when it gets close to parity with the Euro. I spend 1-2 months in europe
every year so this has helped hedge against currency exchange rates. So I've
already jumped through all those hoops in order to have banking accounts as a
non-citizen.
So...
is it at all possible to have two paypal accounts linked to my store where people
paying in USD would route through my US account and people in the EU would route
through a European account?
|
Can't you just open a Euro wallet within your PayPal account? My account
can accept GBP, Euro and USD and each goes to a different wallet.
|
I'd have to look in to it. The primary goal is to not have to worry about
any transaction/wire/conversion fees. It's a teensy portion of bricklink
sales but every bit helps to avoid conversion fees.
|
It used to be that you could have multiple wallets and link each to a different
account in different countries. My Euro wallet used to be linked to a Dutch bank
account. But that was pre-2016 and things could well have changed if you want
to transfer money out. You can still use different currency wallets to collect
and spend via PayPal but withdrawing might be different now.
