This minifigure is listed as having a plain black torso with black arms. However the figure I have with the set and the instructions/box all are plain black torso with yellow arms and yellow hands.

It would not be the first-time discrepancies have been found in instructions.

I know the ones shown on the internet are incorrect. I want to know if the submitter
of this request also has incorrect instructions.

If you click on the set picture for this minifig, it shows the figure with yellow
arms !!

If you print postage at home, i believe you have 7 days to get the package into
the system.
If i print later this week, can i still take to PO next Monday and not get charged
any extra - due to price increase
