Hope someone can help. I had a customer place an order two weeks ago. I emailed
them back within 10 mins with an answer to their question and have sent numerous
mails asking if they plan on paying for their order. I've had no replay and
no payment. I am inclined to submit an NPB but I am worried about them leaving
me (unwarranted) bad feedback. I can already sense people saying that I shouldn't
care about the feedback, but I do. I've had nearly 650 orders and have 100%
praise. It's important to me . . . and I don't want someone to leave
me spiteful and unfair feedback when I send them an NPB and leave them bad feedback.
Thoughts?

If the NPB gets completed, the buyer cannot leave feedback, so you'll be
safe. However, if the buyer pays after you initiate the NPB, the NPB will be
removed and they can still leave feedback.

I just broke a piece off of a dark green 2x16 plate the other day when cleaning
and rebuilding my Sopwith Camel. Not fun since that's the only set with that
piece... Thankfully it was still usable and I was able to put it in a spot where
you can't see the damage.

We've sold quite a few of these, and we haven't noticed any issues with
warping as of yet. We haven't had any of the lavender ones, though.

With the recent addition of Commander Fox sw0202b, it has got many people in
the community questioning wether or not variant minifigs such as this should
be given an sw number on here?
Have the rules changed or been relaxed? Where will it end?
For the completionists it just makes collecting more challenging (& expensive)
& the worry will be it’ll put people off or they’ll give up altogether, as the
barrier to collect minifigs is already high with over 1300+ in the catalog.
For those wondering, I did own Fox, but sold it as it never had an sw number
& now I’m faced with a decision, do I fork out hundreds of pounds to get it (if
I can find one), or just sit with the knowledge of my collection never being
complete & quitting altogether?

I'm not a star wars minifigure collector, but if I was, I would not base
the completeness of my collection based on whether bricklink decides to give
the item number a "sw" or not. If you're basing it on a catalog,
then what catalog are you basing it on? Brickowl doesn't have separate variation
for this minifig; so by their criteria then your collection is fine.

I feel like you're making something out of nothing.

Normally I don't reply or read it. Kinda waste of time talking logic to someone
unreasonable. Just replied for today in email instead since I have time. Couldn't
reply in Bricklink since he has blocked.

I really don't understand why you are continuing it. You've replied to
him again, so he'll reply to you.

I agree, just quit responding to him. Pretend he doesn't exist. Even if
he says something completely untrue that rubs you the wrong way, don't give
him a response. Don't fuel his fire and it will die out.

Pulling hundreds and thousands of lots daily can be challenging and when the
orders are coming in fast and furious, it can be easy to get backed up. However,
we are happy to announce that we have implemented a faster turnaround on orders.
We are lowering our fulfillment time from 2-5 business days to 1-3 business days.
You can still use our extra speedy service for a small fee as well to get guaranteed
fulfilment in 1 business day or less (same day is possible if order is placed
early enough).

Also, please take a look at our vast inventory with many pieces on sale up to
25% off. All orders in the USA over $75 ALWAYS get FREE SHIPPING and all orders
anywhere over $100 also get 5% OFF. We also offer reward coupons to repeat buyers
for even more savings (see Splash Page for details)

We're adding thousands of pieces daily, so it's a great time to find
the pieces you need and SAVE!

Just got a new batch with Instant Checkout payment and the order was not moved
to the top of the list.

Two days ago I had a new batch added to another order and that one the Order
Date was updated and the order moved to the top of the list.

Anyone noticed this?

Sergio

It updates if the buyer adds and does not pay yet.

It doesn't update if the buyer pays and adds to the order at the same time.

It is annoying.

So we're looking at trying to streamline of processing our used pieces. Currently,
we figured we handle each piece about 6 times from start to finish, and we'd
really like to cut that down a bit. Here's our current process.

1. Get a box of used pieces, break it down into about 40 or so broad categories
(brick modified, tiles, plate 2x, etc.).

2. When one of the boxes of those categories gets full, we'll break it down
to individual pieces.

3. We then take each individual piece and separate them into colors and putting
aside the decorated items.

4. We then take the colors, do the final deep lookover for fakes, defects, etc.
then count what we have.

5. We list each item, putting them into one of our several hundred organized
and labeled bins.

6. When ordered, we pull the piece from their bin and package it up, sending
it to the customer.

So how does everyone else go through the steps? As you can see, each piece is
handled quite a bit, but because of the quantities we deal with, we can't
figure out a way to combine any steps that will still be efficient.
