| What can I do in setting so that my shopping carts include THE ITEM NUMBER in
the list. I have tried several options, but I can never see the item number on
my shopping cart.

| I have not entered any data yet about my own personal LEGO collection on Bricklink.
I wanted to start adding things to MyCollection so I know what I have and don’t
accidentally order something I don’t need. If I enter my entire collection, will
I
1. Be able to transfer some of that to the Store Inventory later, if I ever decide
to start selling?
2. Be able to export all my data in case I want to manage it in another app?

| How can I integrate my bricklink store into a merchandise management system?
(Mac; iOS)
Which shop system does bricklink use?
I would like to be able to check my stocks more easily and to place a repeat
order if the quantity falls below the minimum.

| I have an Erlang minifigure from monkie kid set 80039 the cape of which
I bought second hand but it is black on one side and red on the other
and I cannot figure out if it is supposed to be that way. It doesn't seem
like it but there is also no entry for a piece that fits this description on
Bricklink... Can someone please help me here? I have no Idea if this is right!

| Hi. I have been getting part 4175 in black from some 1970s/1980s lots and they
have tiny white speckles in the color dye. I have washed them and it won't
come off. Any thoughts of why they come like this? Anyone else have some? Sorry
I cannot get a close up picture.

| Why does the item count list all the blocks in the store when you only have a
few on your wanted list? It doesn't seam useful to know that they have 1,000
bricks of the 5 you want. Is it possible to set it to display a total count of
how many bricks they have from your wanted lists instead? That would be awesome
to sort by which store actually has the most of the bricks from our wanted list.

| Hey everyone, I recently had an order who ordered 3 minifigures from this set:
76255.
Now they have arrived and customers says that 1 of this minifigure have 1 silver
arm and 1 dark blue arm.
But how is it possible if all torsos from this set have only silver arms, could
it be LEGO fault? Or how?
And what should I do now?

| Is anyone else a Lego fan because it helps with ADHD? ...which causes executive
functioning issues... Long story short, I'm very clumsy & disorganized &
I knocked my "added" pieces into my "to be added" pieces & I
don't want to count my whole inventory! Is there a way to see details of
my recent activity - like an activity log of pieces I've added to my store?
I figured out I can see the newest pieces I've added from my store page,
but that's only for pieces that are totally new to my store - what about
pieces that I already had & I only adjusted the quantity??

store. Our setting automatically charged the buyer for insurance and tracking
and they would like it sent regular mail. How do I make that happen?

| There is a GDPR issue if you cancel a drop shipper's order. If you cancel
and they have already changed their name and address to another customer's
details, then this is shown in the cancellation. They are giving out the name,
address and possibly the phone number of someone with no connection whatsoever
to the order.

| Hello everyone
I have been having problems with my Shipping options showing, when someone buys
from my store. The thing is, that when a customer goes to checkout it will show
them only the cheapest shipping option. Ive looked at all the settings, when
it comes to shipping and store settings and i just can not find what is causing
this, therefore i sent a message to Bricklink, however they have not responded
for a very long time.

| I broke my first LEGO piece today. I’ve never actually broken one myself, I’ve
just seen the occasional broken part in a bulk brick acquisition. I had heard
that reddish-brown was problematic, but this was a dark red Slope, Curved 2
x 1 x 2/3. It broke in half when I tried to pull it off a 2 x 4 plate! I needed
2 of them for the top of an arch thing I am making, and I only had 3 in my whole
collection! (Only 2 now.) So luckily I had exactly one to spare. But it kinda
startled me because this kind of thing has never happened to me before!

| Hello – I have a Wanted list called Up House Modular and I also have an inventory
list that I know contains parts that are needed in the Up House Modular wanted
list. However, I ‘m stuck as to how I can apply the ‘inventory list’ to the ‘wanted
list’ so I get a true picture/account of what I need to order. Is anyone able
to guide me please.

| Hi,
We are in South Africa and decided to open up to EU. We are having an issue with
EU customers paying onsite. They keep getting an error. We accepted Euro as payment,
our Paypal has been linked for two years.
We contacted BL customer service which they admonished us for trying to avoid
fees which we are absolutely not doing we appreciate the service BL provides
and have no problem paying our dues. What we needed was help, so our EU customers
could pay onsite, because of VAT being deducted for orders under 150 Euros. We
still have no assistance and no solution.
Anyone familiar with settings as we have Euro enabled in PayPal and in Bricklink
and our current customers are unable to pay so we have had to close international
as an option.
