If you look in their "Terms and Conditions" Page it looks like they are
in the process of trying to sell their store and inventory, and that the inventory
is only "Viewable" and not purchasable here on BrickLink.

Okay, so I didn't investigate fully. I missed the Terms page.
After reading their terms page -- YIKES -- all parts from busted sets
are stored per the set they came from. What a nightmare for any potential buyer.
That only adds to the oddity part, I think.

But many others calculate the price of a single lot depending their actual cost
price for this specific lot.
Ex: a 2780 Black cost 0.02$ (proportionnaly) in this set part out, but 0.03$
in this other set. So they have 2 different lots with different prices.
I can understand this reasonning - but yes, it's a pain for many.

in your inventory because of some minor difference in the description, or a system
glitch. Too many to keep listing. LoL

I Honestly think the real question should be, Why doesn't USPS take responsibility
if they lose or damage the package? (obviously that doesn't take in to account
the porch pirates) But to answer your question, we generally will work with the
buyer to try to locate the lost package or to refund their order if it doesn't
turn up, we tend to just add insurance on most orders over $25-$30 at our expense
to just alleviate any issues.
But there will always be outliers and dishonest people so no system is perfect.
But I still stick with the fact that once the Seller hands it to USPS it should
be their responsibility for it to make it to the Buyer.

Those actually don't look too Terrible, personally I would put something
to the extent of "Light to Mild Scratches/ Scuffs" in the description box and
sell them as used. Because in my mind Used bricks will come with some Minor to
Moderate Scratching/ scuffing from just normal Play.

Do you know if the pieces in question were parted out from the same set?? Maybe
a bad batch would be why its an isolated incident. I would reach out to LEGO
Directly or direct the customers to reach out, they will usually assist in replacing
the parts.

Thanks for the Update!! I hope this is a step in the right direction.
Hopefully we will see some optimization and some focus on Seller Tools. I look

It looks like dirt, have you tried cleaning the torso?
I doubt if this has any value other than the torso normal value. Misprints that
are interesting or neat are valuable, this is neither neat nor interesting to
me.

It's definitely not "Dirt" it was a brand new fig from the bag. It's
the black outline of the Belt from the front of the torso.

| Hey everyone, its been a long 7 Weeks but my knee injury has finally healed enough
for me to get back on my feet and continue my LEGO Journey!!
Lots of new things are happening here at Enchanted Bricks. Our new "LEGO Room"
is taking shape and will soon be Fully Operational! During the downtime we were
able to upload a bunch of New and Used parts to finally hit 150k. We signed up
for Philly Brickfest 2021 as a presenter (Hope to see you all there), and we
got tons more LEGO to sort and add to the store.
So I hope you will all stop on by the Store and help support us on this LEGO
Journey (And Help me pay off some medical bills, lol!)

By the rules laid out that all parts must attach together, it should be deleted
and a new entry should be made. Or the rules themselves need to be adjusted.
In the case of Oscar if you go directly to the LEGO site EVERY photo of the Sesame
Street set shows Oscar in his Trashcan. If even LEGO itself believes that Oscar
and his Trashcan are one in the same it should be listed as such here, regardless
of whether or not he "attaches" to it.
Just my opinion !!

It's hit and miss for me.
Annoying:
Sometimes, my mouse will be hovering in the wrong spot slightly below the search
bar, and I'll type my search term and hit enter and instead of searching
my term, it goes to the suggested search that the mouse happens to be on. So
if I want to search "clone", and the cursor is too low when I hit enter, it will
search slope.
Helpful:
Completing the names/spelling of characters when I only know the first 3 letters.
Especially when there are spaces or dashes to consider.
ironman vs iron man
spiderman vs spider man
thisen vs thi sen vs thi-sen
etc.

above products. Again this needs an analyst to look at it and report to the decision
makers what needs to be done. It doesn't, with all due respect, require a
programmer to sit down and write the code first.
The catalogue is a different animal and needs a huge amount of thought. The data
currently held is priceless - not sure even Lego have it all, so that needs some
TLC and a significant amount of time spent to come up with the best way forward.
But, and it is a little word with a great big meaning here, the costs of doing
this are nowhere near outrageous and if libraries of code can be used e,g, order
processing, inventory control etc, then huge amounts of money and time can be
saved in achieving what is required.
The redevelopment of this site will not cost a fortune and it was well within
the means of the former owners to accomplish. They chose, for whatever reason,
not to do that - Lets hope that Lego will look at it differently.
Lets get behind hiring some senior analysts and get the project off the ground.
There was never a better time to start than now. With the strength of Lego and
its marketing machine behind the site who knows where we can go.

their teeth.
Paul has, over the years, been very active as a seller and many of you will know
him also from his activity in the Forum. We look forward to his practical insights
and we are confident he will play a vital role in our growing catalog team.
