Been modifying my shippingcosts because everything has changed by PostNL.
But now no orders from outside of the Netherlands.
Maybe i did something wrong.

Could some people place an order without checking out to test if its working
correctly? Maybe the calculation goes wrong?

Ben er een hele tijd mee bezig geweest om alles aan te passen, heb ook nog myparcel
wat weer wat andere (lagere) tarieven heeft voor een aantal EU landen.
Heb een aantal landen gegroepeerd die dicht in de buurt zaten qua verzendkosten.
Op mijn terms page staan alle tabellen, wellicht zit er iets voor je bij, de
"buitenlandbrieven" is zonder de myparcel tarieven.

Maar inderdaad maakt postnl het niet makkelijker elk jaar.

Where was the order shipping to? You have 3 shipping zones EUR1, EUR2 and World.
Your setting to add tracking is only for World zone (i.e. if your order was for
zones Eur1 or 2 it would not be added). If the order was for World, then sorry
I don't know why it didn't work.

The add tracking is only for lettershipping to the world zone. I have only two
zones for lettershipping, domestic and world. The order was from Australia.

Trying to add tracking costs for international letter shipping when the order

The general shipping setting does not function anymore to my knowledge. You have
to go to each of your shipping settings and change the countries there.

See the picture

Check if you have any manual checkout options (some will create them as backup
shipping methods, even if you check the box for IC offering manual invoice if
IC fails). That usually is if you had a manual invoice option where you would
set the shipping manually, and you have it on flat rate for example (you might
have put $100 in there). That's typically invisible to the buyer, except
here at checkout as it provides them an estimate. Alternatively, uncheck the
show estimated shipped shipping fees at checkout from your manual invoice profile
that they're hitting.

Fine for me, subtotal: 7.61 (gbp); shipping: 2.3 (gpb) and then vat - no 100
euro charge.

I have received a new order from another buyer and everything is fine.

I have checked my settings and everything looks okay.

Can somebody checks if it's fine? Just put in an order and don't check

Looks different. The one i have has 13 pcs and on the back it says "Item: 6012308"

They count the sticker I guess?

I have this polybag from Hero Factory. It's not in the catalog(can't
find it) but i can find it online.

- At first glance, lettermail and boxed parcels NL seem to be calculated correctly!

- You're allowed to make a separate account for the specific purpose of testing
your store

- Be aware that Bricklink centimeters are not real centimeters That is, Bricklink's
volume calculation is extremely optimistic. I have set letter shipment method
to 20 x 21 x 2.8cm, which is less than half the real max volume, but from trial
and error, it seems to amount to the same thing.

Gewoon aanmaken op postnl.nl als partikulier. Zit toch geen btw op dus maakt
niets uit.
Of via myparcel, maar dan alleen verzekerd tot 200 euro en niet altijd goedkoper.

Order processing in my shop is slow now (can take up to seven days before invoicing)
because i'm out of the country a view times for the next two weeks.

When will Bricklink be ready for the different VAT % per EU-country.
DE sales have to include 19% VAT, BE & NL 21% VAT, etc.
VAT has to be added to the NET price. And it has to be optional, for this is
a seller's choice.

That's my question too!

If a buyer from Germany buys from me then, the vat is 19%, if it's a customer
from Hongary, it's 27%! Must i eat the difference myself? Or just put 27%
on all my items to avoid that?

How can i manage that with my prices?

Oh, and slow shipping? It was in the USA from the Netherlands in two days! And
then it was stuck. Nothing to do with slow shipping.

For sure NOT the slow shipping, this option does not exist with PostNL Why should
i be ashamed? As you can read there are massieve delays

Show the buyer this post, maybe seeing others are having the same problem will
show them the need for a little patience.

I've actually disabled international shipping for now because of this issue.

I have informed the buyer about this thread, hopefully he wants to read it. Never
lost a parcel of this kind. Would be my first.
