Exactly...

So, still an error, right?
It should have shown me 2x the same price, not 2 different. That's the error.

Yes yes, did you make a ticket in the help desk about this?

I stumbled upon this error in converting to EUR in other currencies:

- 7194 set
- 3 sellers in Norway
- selecting the first shop, NOK 2952 / EUR 284.35 (1st image)
- results in (see 2nd image) NOK 2361.60 / EUR 227.47

Where did 57 EURO go?

Not sure what you mean by conversion error, it's a price difference of almost
600 kroner. Maybe the first price is with VAT and the other (when you click into
the store) is not?

Correct. Norwegian VAT is 25%, so if you subtrct that from 2952, you get 2361,6.
But only Norwegian buyers are supposed to see the VAT included prices.

Exactly...

First select all items you want it applied to then enter in the box in the second

And after that -10% to increase the prices by x1.1 or whatever you select the
same categories again and use the checkbox:

O Make sale prices (and all tier prices) the base prices.
Round results to 2 decimals.

A buyer contacted me last night as he couldn't place an order because PayPal
denied the payment as the order was not updated.

I said to them to place it choosing IBAN and then I would change it back to PayPal
and they were able to pay this way.

Then I noticed due an error in my inventory software that the order contained
a duplicated lot, image attached, does anyone know how this could happen?

PD: It is a just 1 batch order, no consolidate batches view active either.

How do we know it's the actual you!?

Welcome back and good luck

How indeed ?

Chick will vouch for me

I know that isn’t much of an endorsement

Oh Chick word is gold.

I still remember her "Buy first, think later" - which still puts me in trouble
at the end of the month, but it's another story...

Oh dear, I know that...

Previously, logging in would take me to the original screen. For the last couple
of weeks, this now redirects me to a 404 error screen. Pressing the back button
takes me to the order screen without any further drama.

Yes, I confirm, and already posted if I rememeber well.
Like this for months or maybe a year, not sure.
A pain

A few months I think, I don't know if already posted, but it happens to me
too.

In Problem Order, yorbrick writes:

Should we be able to cancel this order, am I right in thinking that we can do
so under EU law? We are both located in the EU and seller is a registered business.

It is a shame that someone can take something that would have been simple, and
a great business transaction (also being our third order in the store), and make
it this hard. It just makes no sense.

What are your opinions on this matter? Are we allowed to cancel the order?

Is it right that orders cannot be combined once VAT is taken off, or is it that
the seller has processed the first order and so moved it to a status where new
batches are not combined with an existing order? I can understand them not wanting
to do have to do the paperwork for VAT exemptions again for just a small addition
to an order that they have just processed.

Before it was possible, but since the change in VAT rates months ago it is broken
and you can only add batches if the VAT checkbox is enabled on the pending order.

But yes, you can request that an order is cancelled under EU law. However, there
is no EU law about bricklink processes. The seller is entitled to cancel it through
the NPB process if they wish. That is still a cancellation. It is also keeping
a record that you place orders and cancel them, and other companies do this.
Amazon and LEGO can cancel your account if you repeatedly place orders and cancel
or return them, even through you have the right to cancel and return them.

Of course, it is much better practice to work with a buyer (especially a previous
customer that has placed multiple orders) and to cancel it so they keep coming
back in future.

In Terms and Policies, Rare_Sets writes:
I'm a new seller and have been tying to figure out which sets to part out.

And have noticed recent vaues of a few sets have gone way up eg-(76989) from
$280aud to $660 !
When trying to figure out why I noticed Brick Takeover has priced Aloy hfw001
at $1510aud, which makes the part out value way out of reality.

Brick Takeover also charges way too much for the Sand Green Plate, Round 1 x
1 ($48aud) in set (40521) also skewing the value massivley.

Is this accepted/normal?

I asked them once why they did that, and this was her reply:

"this is a new part at ours.
We always list them very expensive until my coworker has time to make a correct price.

Will be done asap."
