Had the same problem recently.

Mark found that our email provider GoDaddy, switched to Office 365 Mail and 'some'
of the BL mail was going to the spam folder.

Moved 10 years ago.

Wrap in saran wrap, styro peanuts on bottom of box, place set in box and cover
with peanuts. Nothing fell apart. We did remove lamp posts, trees etc.

Always slow for me, I WISH we could go back.....

No Complete batch shipping if you do not have a preset for it.

The constant fails to buy, resulting in a penny charge for the new label and
ruining the batch.

2 receipts for each batch.

Batches can not pick the next day for ship date, only individual labels

Same for insurance, 1 label at a time

The ONLY advantage I see is they made UPS easier

Gets down off soapbox

Do not, I repeat do not, use padded envelopes for parts which are not
soft/flexible.

Use a small cardboard box. Such as a 6x4x2 (numerous sources) or a cassette tape
mailer (ULine S-2457). At the end of the day your customers will be much happier.

What Nita Rae Said

6x4x2 is my standard 1st class box, I do NOT ship parts in any envelopes
