What a terrible solution is asked for.
When it goes wrong, the trader/seller and the marked place need to handle the
administrative time and money to correct the thing.
It would be better to blame it on the postal service who does not comply (and
probably getting on top of the VAT also a handling fee as a bonus) or if the
country does not comply let them lose out the VAT payment from both the postal
service and the marketplace. In that way you force the none complyant to do something
if they don`t want to loose money.

| Hello,
I have an issue where a seller did not send almost 50% of the items i ordered
from a store in netherlands on a 60euro order. I contacted the seller and was
very rudely told i was wrong. The only solution offered by the seller was that
if i am not satisfied with what i received i can return it all to him at my expense.
Filed a NSS for missing items and filed paypal claim, paypal tells me i have
to return the half that did arrive to get a refund for the half the seller never
shipped and that I have to provide tracking that i returned it. the cheapest
shipping with tracking available to return this to the seller is 58.14$Canadian.
Essentially I am being extorted by the seller. The seller has made the mistake,
and i have to pay more to correct it?
After i file NSS the seller commented and has marked my order as refund issued.
It says on Jan 21,2022 refund 60euro, but right above says total refund 0.00$,
is the seller trying to cheat his way through NSS?
Please help.
Anyone wishing to blacklist the store please contact directly.
Thanks,

Sorry to hear your order is not complete.
EU law says you are allowed to return your order to the seller. They can ask
for a restock fee, if clearly communicated before you placed the order. Also
Paypal has a refunded-returns program. So they should pay for the return fee.
https://www.paypal.com/ca/for-you/shop/refunded-returns
Basically Paypal advises you the same.

Dishwasher is fine, but you have to be able to skip the drying program. Since
it is mostly to hot for Lego.
For cleaning sets (modular buildings) I use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush.
Put a sock or pantyhose between the brush and hose to catch pieces that got
loose.

Now if you were to make them to roll over and play dead, that would be impressive
In case it's an earnest question: The "standard" minifig, being absent knees,
can only sit straight-legged. Some not having hips, are unable to even do that.
They can only "roll over and play dead"
Either way, it's a fun question!

| Finally!
A few questions about this feature.
Are the dimensions also available in the API? Or do we need to scrape the from
the different pages?
Does IC still use the 0 and ? as 0 (zero)thickness or will this be an manual
invoice type only?
In Catalog, Admin_Russell writes:
| We are pleased to announce that a major new feature was deployed to the catalog
today - Packing Dimensions!
We started a Packaging Dimensions Topic in the Forum in the Fall of 2017 so that
members could input dimensions to help Instant Checkout work properly. It was
only supposed to be a temporary solution, and it took a lot of time and dedication
for both contributors and admins to handle each request manually.
Now there is much better way - just input the data like you would any other catalog
data. Notice the upgrade to the Change Item form:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogReq.asp?itemType=P
The first thing, though, that we want to tell you about this new feature is that
it's only a start. This is actually just phase 1 out of 3 phases. We did
it this way so we could get the basic functionality opened up as soon as possible.
This means that the Add Item form does not have Packing Dimensions input fields,
and we haven't touched the seller interface either which still shows millimeters
and only allows the upload of custom dimensions.
We are also a bit behind on the new Help Page:
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2510
There are 4 areas we still need to tackle with the Help Page: Minifigures, Gear,
Books, and Catalogs. Those sections will be filled out over the next few days.
If you could please hold off on uploading dimensions for those Item Types until
the Help Pages are finished, it would be appreciated.
As you may have noticed, we changed the name from Packaging Dimensions to Packing
Dimensions. Let us know what you think and of course report any bugs. And there
is no need to post in the Packaging Dimensions Topic any more. We'll keep
it there for a while in case something happens to our new system, but when we
wrap up with phase 3, we will officially decommission that part of the Forum.

| If it would be opt in, why ask BrickLink to implement.
There should be tools out on the internet (i.e. google maps) to maintain a map
with every store willing to share their location to add a pin to there location.
This can be run on the forum here and maintain else were with a link. Like goatleg
used to be.
Maybe you can be administrator to setup such a thing.

| I'd like to be able to search for stores within a specific range (ie 10km,
20km, 50km) from my postal code. Seeing that a seller is in a given province
(in my case) means they could be around the corner or 12 hours way in Thunder
Bay. Being able to search nearby stores would be a fantastic option. It would
be an option to opt into, whereby a store must enable the feature to show up
in nearby store searches. This would allow stores to disable the feature in
case they are uncomfortable with the feature.
