Interesting that given this was a NY tru exclusive (I think limited to 1,000);
that most of the available ones are in the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Get more parts and lower your prices.

It seems like some of your stuff are highly-priced which won't help sales.
for example,
you're used

Minifig No: sw0565 Name: Astromech Droid, C1-10P (Chopper) - Light Bluish Gray Body
*
sw0565 (Inv) Astromech Droid, C1-10P (Chopper) - Light Bluish Gray Body
Minifigures: Star Wars: Star Wars Rebels
is listed for $23 CAD when it normally sells in used condition for $10 CAD. Also,
you don't have many lots for sale, only 372 and 1952 bricks I didn't
get consistent sales till I was closer to 6-7k lots and about 100k-150k bricks.
Also, you might want to change this line here "We do not take responsibility
once items have been shipped" as it's not true as Paypal and banks always
side with the buyer no matter what. if you are worried it might get damaged it's
best to buy insurance.
Also, it looks like you only ship to the UK and USA. I'm not sure if I'm
missing something but most European stores sell to all of Europe which helps
increase sales

I have 3 of these. One of them is still sealed in it's original bag, and
I got two from very reputable sellers many years ago, with documentation and
history. All three I have are like the other posters described, letters are a
bit thinner than yours, and the heart is a bit more pointed. In my opinion, the
one you have is likely fake.

A side-by-side comparison with the Bricklink catalog image of the printing does
show some slight differences (specifically the shape of the lower point of the
heart and its' positioning)...

I agree with Ed as well that the heart on mine is not exactly inline with the
"I" but instead a little offset lower just like the one in the BrickLink picture.

I would say that the printing looks a lot thicker than the one that I have, and
the bottom of the heart looks more rounded than mine. Not sure if there was
much variation with that, but that's what I have to offer.

For me, the first question is where / who did you buy it from, then what is their
history selling lego, where did they say they got it from, how many have they
sold or still have for sale.

Although given the value of this part and the number of bulk lots that were sold
on ebay and various other sites (including here), I imagine it is fake.

What the others said - but I'd be extremely cautious due to its commercial
value.

I guess a bad brick printer guy/company could print this on a basic white torso...

And did you carefully check it's not a simple transfer? You know, mainly
for kids, you apply with water...

Honestly, out of my own, non-expert opinion of staring because I have nothing
else to do, and everything everyone else has said, I’d say it’s real!

I'm certainly no expert, but the "TM" in the BL image is higher up than yours.
Yours lines up almost exactly with the bottom of the heart. The BL one is above
the bottom of the heart. Possible yours has the bottom of the heart worn off,
but just something I noticed.

The "TM" is not higher up - it's that the heart in the BL image is lower,
not lined up with the lettering, unlike the OP's, which is lined up.

The heart in the BL picture has a point at the bottom. The heart in the picture
appears to be more rounded.

It looks like the letters are laid on a bit thicker than in the figure image
here on BL, but that's not an uncommon variation in Lego printing:

Minifig No: sw0465a Name: Yoda - NY I Heart Torso, White Hair (TRU Times Square 2013 Exclusive)
*
sw0465a (Inv) Yoda - NY I Heart Torso, White Hair (TRU Times Square 2013 Exclusive)
Minifigures: Star Wars: Star Wars Other

The heart also appears to be in a slightly different location relative to the
lettering and trademark symbol but I'm assuming the black and red print were
applied separately, so that is not particularly weird either.

thank you for your assessment

Have you tried using the Classic View.
You might be able to rename your wanted list there.

Good idea: it may not care as much about the name as the new version.

Have you tried changing its name?  (Setup button)

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. It looks like the set up button is only functional
if the wanted list can be opened. I can’t actually open the no name list…

Seems you found a nice little hole of which only an admin can get you out.

Try asking for help on the HelpDesk:
https://www.bricklink.com/helpDesk.asp?helpDeskID=114
or https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/ (needs an account, same e-mail address and(/or?)
login to link it with you BL account)

Okay I will do that. Thank you so much.
