If they just scrape the prices from bricklink, you should lower your prices:

I don't think you can do this yourself.
I tried ordering 1 1x1 plate, and got to this, when selecting direct paypal checkout:
Shipping & Handling
GBP 4.85
(~EUR 5.68)
VAT
GBP 1.03
(~EUR 1.20)
and 2 cents for the plate itself. I live in NL.

Just ask them. If you paid, then there is most likely nothing more you can do
to deserve positive feedback.

You could download brickstore, and start inventorying.
After you open your store, upload the brickstock file.

I would mark the seller as least favorite, and select another seller next time.
Most sellers would respond in a better way, I think. I know I would.
I even did, after I sold a fake technic pin once... I felt so ashamed!

The windows are 2 wide! With a 2x2 black plate on top.

| I leave feedback directly receiving payment. nothing more the buyer can to deserve
a +1 once he has paid.
I get feedback from 60% of all transactions.
Sometimes, for low feedback buyers, with paypal, I hold my feedback for a bit
longer.
