boat collection myself and the power of the internet I still can't find them

I remember my young childhood days playing in the bathtub with boats that had
. My neightbor friend had a motor that could attach to the bottom of
these keels. I always thought the handle bar at the bottom was intended for just
this purpose. Unfortunately I don't know more about the motor.

Similar design to Lego 1x1 round plate with hole.
