My preference is "Alphabetical" and I note others have asked for this before.
The reverting to "Newest" every time you leave and return to the page is really
tiresome.
For such a useful and clever website I can't believe this is not a do-able
thing.
Does anybody read these ?

You can sort of do it...
Open your Wanted List.
Change the sort order.
Hit the Edit button (in the group of buttons next to search bar).
Then hit the Save button.
Note: this will change the sort order for all your Wanted Lists.

| and i wanted to know if i could use it in a mock...
yet to my surprises there is no note to how tall or wide this thing is in plate
or bricks etc ....
|
It’s 5 plates high and almost a brick (= 3 plates) wide (so more than a stud
= 2.5 plates).
| it nicely says the actual size but that means nothing to me in my brick maths....
|
It’s packing dimensions, it’s useful for packing (the height includes the stud…
and a bit more).
Every part doesn’t have a dimension in studs.
And, generally, the complaints are about the stud dimensions:
— the third one is in bricks (so a 1x1 brick is 1x1x1, not 1x1x1.2),
— a DUPLO 2x4 brick and a LEGO 2x4 brick have the same dimensions: 2x4x1.
| it would be handy if such items would be expressed in ex : cylinder 1x1x2??
now im stuck guessing before i have it in hand...
i know its a pain to ad this after the fact but it would be handy to have this
info before i buy...
dont know if there are many of these items honestly its the first time im wondering
this after using brick link for years...
sorry if this subject already came up

Hint:
1 stud is approximately 5/16 inches (7.9375 mm)
1 plate is approximately 1/8 inches (3.175 mm)
1 brick is exactly 3 plates
Most parts on BrickLink are expressed in units of both inches/millimetres and
plates/studs. For example:
However, since this particular part is a minifigure utensil/accessory, it may
not have standard plate/stud dimensions. It appears to be about 2 bricks tall
and a little bit more than 1 stud in diameter. However, the only way to find
out for sure is to buy a couple, or ask someone who owns some if they can provide
more accurate dimensions.

| Please please separate buyer and seller addresses on a hybrid account.
Keep one main address set fixed on the account, but let sellers have the option
to use separate shipping addresses that do not have an impact on your store status.
I find it ridiculous that my store gets closed if I want to have something shipped
to another country.
Amazon, eBay, etc all have the option to change a shipping address.
Please implement this!
|
But you are aware that the seller loses his seller protection if the payment
is made via Paypal and the shipping address does not match the Paypal address?
With Stripe it should be the same.
|
Don't think this is true. You lose seller protection if you ship the order
to a different address than given to you in the transaction details.
I have a paypal account and many times have stuff shipped to my work address,
it is simply possible, and the seller doesnt lose seller protection.
The problem with statements like yours is that people take it for truth and then
vote against the suggestion.
It is still a problem that buyer and seller accounts are linked and my store
closes if I want to have something delivered to a different address.
It really is fecking madness. There is no other word for it. In fact, sellers
have missed out on sales, because of this limitation. Because I simply bought
the set elsewhere.

If you don't have a clue, you should shut up.
I don't know how Amazon does it, because I don't use it. As far as I
know they don't accept paypal.
If you buy something on Ebay, you can change the shipping address. However, only
on Ebay and not on Paypal. This dates back to when paypal was part of Ebay. Apparently
this rule was kept when Paypal was sold.
I don't really care what you do, but any seller should be warned if they
ship to an address other than the one on file with Paypal.

You dreamer.
Couple of weeks back I ordered some stamps by mail from USPS. They were sent
to me from Kansas City via Priority Mail, and dispatched on a Monday. I received
them on a Friday. That’s 4 days for USPS PM from Kansas to Florida. And this
was a small light baggy with two rolls of stamps in it. Go figure.
