But you are aware that the seller loses his seller protection if the payment
is made via Paypal and the shipping address does not match the Paypal address?
With Stripe it should be the same.

Step 2 of the checkout process lets you ship to any address without having your
store closed.

You can't change the country.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think what you are describing is closer
to the functionality of rebrickable.

Brickset is closer to what the OP wants if I'm not mistaken, although Rebrickable
does offer some of the reuired features I don't think it enables you to store
your sets like Brickset (I most definitely could be wrong though).

Use the "apply order" button. Be careful not to apply the same order twice!

If this became an option, then user names and/or store names would become things
like "AAAAAAAA Bricks" or "A1 Bricks" as sellers manipulate names to appear higher
in the list.
