There is a box you can click during checkout.

It's a dropdown menu on the bottom left of Step 2 or 3 of the checkout process.

It should be in step 3 , bottom of the payment box.

I guess you could try asking the seller to cancel the coupon and reissue it.

issue for you or just for this other seller. Obviously you don't have to

Is it possible your order doesn't meet the criteria for the coupon? A seller
could issue a coupon good for say, 5% off but only if your order is over $100.
If the order is under that amount, the coupon wouldn't show.
