| I know that this is a random question, but does anyone know if the Pick A Brick
walls are open yet to customer use? I plan to go to the LEGO Store for the first
time in over a year and was hoping that I will be able to fill up the PAB cups,
and not have to have them filled by the employees. Thanks!

| In the Terms and Conditions page of a store I ordered from, it says:
| | As a buyer, you have 7 days to verify the contents of your order after it is delivered to let me know if something is missed or not correct (it does happen from time to time). If you contact me after 7 days to report an issue, I will refer you back to my terms and conditions, where I am no longer responsible for taking care of any issues with your order.

Is this policy enforceable if there actually is an issue with the package contents
and the buyer files a NSS 8 days after receiving the order?
I'm still waiting for my package from them so it is completely hypothetical.

| I just received a message from a seller about a very odd shipping issue. I'll
quote the message below:
"Unfortunately, I just received a notice from paypal and the USPS telling me
that I owe another $27.46 in unpaid postage on your package because it was "delivered
to a garage or other location.""
So, I looked up the tracking and that item is recorded at the time of delivery.
I also searched for it online and found nothing about up-charges related to
it. What am I looking at with this charge. The seller is asking me for the
money, as if I had something to do with the tracking item. As far as I could
tell the package was delivered the same as hundreds before..including many BL
orders dropped at my house (as opposed to my mailbox) that have never incurred
an additional charge.
Is this maybe a scam? Postal carrier error? USPS scam? Who needs to argue on
who's behalf to resolve it?
