| Ok thanks, yes I think that’s how they are messaging me still, through my store
contact button.

I had someone once ask me a question regarding a forum post I made. When trying
to respond, it showed that I was on their stoplist and couldn't contact them,
something the user must not have realized when sending the question. However,
I found that if I went to their store page and clicked on the Contact button
on the top there, I could still send the message. Perhaps that is how they are
still sending you messages. I know of no fix for this.

| Had my first order from a US buyer that has sales tax collected & paid via PayPal,
but how do I declare this on the parcel to prove the tax has already been paid
by the buyer, so they don’t pay twice?
