Ok thanks, yes I think that’s how they are messaging me still, through my store

I had someone once ask me a question regarding a forum post I made. When trying
to respond, it showed that I was on their stoplist and couldn't contact them,
something the user must not have realized when sending the question. However,
I found that if I went to their store page and clicked on the Contact button
on the top there, I could still send the message. Perhaps that is how they are
still sending you messages. I know of no fix for this.

Had my first order from a US buyer that has sales tax collected & paid via PayPal,
but how do I declare this on the parcel to prove the tax has already been paid
by the buyer, so they don’t pay twice?

Can it be considered to change the date/time stamp placed on orders & messages,
etc. from the system time (US EST) to the users local time, as this would allow
accurate information to be captured for accounting, tax & auditing purposes.
I know that BrickOwl & other platforms already do this.
As an example, I physically receive an order at 3am (BST) on 23rd May in the
UK, but the order itself shows and records that the order was received on 22nd
May at 10pm (EST), some 5 hours behind reality.
Note, the date & time format is not an issue.
Thanks.

I recently came across this Jar Jar Binks head (pictured on the right) and I

If I am horribly wrong please point me in the right direction! My Star Wars knowledge

But why was Yoda changed to sw1147, surely sw1144 was perfectly fine?

Ok so I had sw1146 pending as Blue Milk Luke (totally forgotten about), which

Still need no idea why the two figs changed codes though?

There are dozens of minifig heads that are produced in other non standard colours,
known as test prints.
Produced in batches and given away by Lego which then make their way into the
market.

I have one in my collection and have been confused for years. I have been searching
for information about it but have found none. I originally thought it was a
head to another minifigure completely but it pops up on bricklink under jek.
You have to piece him out and look up just his head but the white variant is
present.

Does anyone know any information on this head or where it came from?

Also, these helmet/hair variants are just crazy....
sw0737 even comes with a helmet in the set, it’s just not shown wearing it on
the instructions.
The new entry should be labelled as without hair.

Same goes for the Jek-14 fig sw0475a, it’s the same fig as sw0475 just without
hair.

The rules need to be reviewed for figs that have either helmet or hair, or indeed
both.

In Catalog, grimsbricksuk writes:
It’s my opinion that this new version of Poe should be sw1144, as it’s not a
variant of sw0737 (although they’re the same). A variant with ‘a’ on the end
suggests it could come from the same set, which this does not.
I tried submitting a change request to sw1144 but that was pending for the upcoming
Blue Milk Luke fig (my submission), which I have now changed to sw1146, making
sw1144 available again for randyf to amend his change request, should he wish.
I noticed the fig was originally added under sw1144 but was then changed, this
is wrong imo.

In the past we often had Minifigures that had both helmet and hair piece but
they were only listed once in the catalog e.g. sw0416, sw0772, sw0407 ...
Why is Poe now listed twice as sw0737 with hair and as sw0737a with helmet?

Ok, thanks for the update.
I must admit the whole SW minifig database has gotten a little silly with it’s
rules on what is classed as a minifig & it certainly does need tidying up in
my opinion.
But a daunting task lies ahead should you decide to issue new guidelines!

In Catalog, randyf writes:
  In Catalog, grimsbricksuk writes:

We are discussing and writing new figure guidelines. One of the discussion points
is whether inanimate objects such as snowmen, scarecrows, statues, figureheads,
etc. of sets should have ever been considered figures and/or should have catalog
entries moving forward. That is why these are being held up.

Cheers,
Randy

Would the two carbonite charatcers from the Razor Crest set qualify as minifigs,
if they’re just stickers applied to bricks?
Personally I don’t believe they should and can probably answer my own question
by referring to the Palpatine hologram sticker brick from 6211
Just thought I’d ask the question, seeing as the Han Solo carbonite parts have
minifig entries.

It’s not too difficult, I mean over on BrickOwl they manage to give used items
different condition levels & it works very well.

In Catalog, tonnic writes:
I think it is a (very) difficult one.

What I think is ‘in a not so good condition’ can be called good by another seller
(or maybe the other way around but since I am a real nitpicker this would rarely
happen...).

I bought minifigs that were mentioned ‘in very good condition’ that I had to
send back due to scratches and dents.
I did not need my readingglasses to see the problems.

Therefore I guess a lot of sellers have different ideas regarding the condition
of the Lego they sell.
So, in my opinion, sellers should mention the condition when needed or at
least when there is (more than average) playwear or if something is in really
good to newlike condition.

Printing on the new body part is vastly improved over the original minifig, that

Just seen this post...
The names of the minifigs were only my proposed suggestions & can be changed
by anyone at anytime following approval. I did not want to reference sw988 as
'Angry Clone' or 'Mad Face' as you suggest because I wanted
to better identify the main difference between sw988 & sw986

Also, these are three separate Star Wars characters, therefore they justified
their own 'sw' number in my opinion, rather than have a/b/c variants.

Finally, I was unable to upload images which also showed the faces as I'm
still learning how to do that, any help there would be appreciated.

In Catalog, LordInTheNorth writes:
This minifig is listed wrong in the catalog. The out side parts of the 3 minifigs
in set 75226 are all the same but one has a belt ... and other differences are
...

sw988 - a - normal storm trooper head (male) with belt part ... like in batman
sets (but black)
sw988 - b - sunken eyes no belt. (outside same as others minus the belt)
sw988 - c - mad face no belt. (outside same as others minus the belt)

Not sure what needs to happen but ... that minifig should be changed.

sw673 Kanjiklub Gang Member (Croking Shand)
These name have been taken from the recent Lego trading cards, series 1, see

I also noticed that digital Maul head differed last week whilst trying to work

Agreed especially that these early head can vary in pattern, the best example
is:

Part No: 3626bps8 Name: Minifigure, Head Alien with SW Darth Maul, Red Face Pattern - Blocked Open Stud
*
3626bps8 Minifigure, Head Alien with SW Darth Maul, Red Face Pattern - Blocked Open Stud
Parts: Minifigure, Head

btw this head

Part No: 3626bps2 Name: Minifigure, Head Male SW Brown Eyebrows and Chin Dimple Pattern - Blocked Open Stud
*
3626bps2 Minifigure, Head Male SW Brown Eyebrows and Chin Dimple Pattern - Blocked Open Stud
Parts: Minifigure, Head
occur in 6 minifigs so it would not only be in sw024

Here is another variant of print for this head
https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=978216

So there are more than one variation of print for it

Please can the two minifigs be renamed slighly to identify with & without hair/helmet.

In Catalog, StormChaser writes:
  In Catalog, grimsbricksuk writes:
If this is the case & were going by the instructions, then why doesn’t sw475
include the hair & sw475a include the helmet within the minifig inventories?

Because those parts are included in the set inventories. Minifigure inventories
only include the parts specifically shown in the set instructions for the initial
assembly of that figure. If figure inventories included all the accessories
which could be included, then the level of complexity would rise high enough
that buying and selling them would be problematic.

Minifigures are actually counterparts, meaning part assemblies constructed of
other parts. They rarely come fully assembled.

At some point in the future, set inventories will include all of the minifigure
parts and minifigures themselves will be treated the same way counterparts are
now. For this to happen, though, some improvements to the inventory system need
to happen. Those improvements are in the works.

According to this
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=71
"Minifigs - The catalog should only contain minifigs that came in an official
LEGO set or that can be attributed to an official LEGO program, display, activity
or event, regardless of whether the minifig is actually publicly distributed
during or at such program, display, activity or event.
The minifig item should not include hand-held accessories or items defined as
utensils, with the exception of robot winder keys. But do include all other accessories
definable as footgear (flippers, snow shoes, etc.), neckgear (generally defined
as items requiring the removal of the head in order to be placed over the neck,
such as capes, armor, backpacks, etc.) and headgear (hair, helmets, etc.), and
assembled parts serving as such, when these are shown attached to the minifig
in official LEGO set instructions
. For instructions with images showing the
minifig in a play scenario, refer only to the portion of the instructions
concerned with assembling the minifig
. If no official instructions were produced,
then illustrations on packaging or other marketing materials directly related
to the minifig may be used instead for this guide purpose."

41609-1 Chewbacca and 41608-1 Han Solo

It comes up as Lego set 66591
Here's a picture, as you can see this was definitely issued by Lego
