Just received an order of new parts that were supposed to go into my inventory.
The seller probably tried to be helpful and stacked almost all the parts.
I don't feel I can sell them now as new.

What are your thoughts?

The ones that have been stacked are used.

The part "If a minifigure or part assembly was originally sold assembled by LEGO,
its component parts after disassembly can also be listed as new." - so I guess
it's not a problem if you have other cases where they have been stacked.

Of course you can also confront the seller with it, asking for a partial refund
or so (maybe the difference of what the prices are between new and used - if
you're listing them as used in your shop now).

Should have specified that the exception is where it was preassembled by Lego
before packaging for sale.

There are special rules for Northern Ireland, from within the EU it should be
20% (based on UK VAT rate I guess) and then the code XI is used as if it were

As for Monaco, I think that is part of the French VAT system so its 20% is used.
