Hi there,

I'm a seller from germany.

Since last year i get some feedback from US-buyers, they can't order in my
store. They get a popup window in ordering process "seller does not ship to US
state ..." (here Maine, California).

In my settings i only see "sending to 100% of all countries worldwide". Where
is a setting for single US states? Interesting also that states like Florida,
Colombia are still working. Is there any tax setting missing?

Hope somebody can help me.

According to a customer attempting to buy from my store, they are unable to send
an order due to a Bricklink API error.
Speaking with said individual I've ruled out any other factor including a
possibility it could be something to do with PayPal.

I just realised today that the error might lie in the fact that I have an option
turned on in my store disallowing anyone with negative feedback from buying from
my store.

Does this include someone with 0 feedback, or is it purely individuals with a
negative score?

I know I may be asking a question with an obvious answer, but I'd like to
rule out the possibility that it's an error on my end.

Hi,

We are a seller and are having a problem with buyers not being able to check
out. We are getting a lot of messages from them saying this -

I am trying to place an order but keep getting a 'System Error' message
on the Shopping Cart page. I am buying from others at the same time and having
no problems.

Please can anyone help !

I have 2 sets showing up with HTML codes in place of the apostrophe in My Inventory.
This is not the case for all my sets with an apostrophe.

Hi there,

Listed my first and currently only item for sale. I have no idea why but I ain't
getting an order summery even when logging from a friend's account even thought
the IP is different. The order summery just keeps spinning forever. I have no
idea what is wrong. Shipping method is fully configured. Something is obviously
wrong, but what? Any help welcome.

Recently, my orders pages(both personal and seller) do not save, even temporarily,
my preference for the old version. I will select "view classic version", will
click away (or just re-select that order page from the top), and it will be back
at the new version. Previously, I would set it as classic, and it would be good
until I cleared the browser history. Now, it won't even save within the session.
I will say I did just (not by choice) update to Firefox 89. 89 broke a bunch
of stuff, and this simply may be another thing. I would still like to know of
course if there is a fix, or something known about the issue.

I get the message 'temporarily available due to server maintenance' every
time I try to login. I can login through the browser. I can't download sets-
it says I have the wrong set number.

Buyer says this is the message when they attempt to checkout

"Your items do not meet seller's package dimension requirement. Please remove
some items from your cart.
Max weight: 150 oz
Length + Girth: 150 in
If the seller has authorized you to bypass, enter bypass password"

I do not have dimension requirements, or a byepass password. I have no idea what
BrickLink is doing/wants/how to remedy this issue. Anyone have a helpful tips?

Any idea's about why the yellow box is appearing when UK buyers are trying
to checkout from my store?

I haven't changed any of my shipping methods or terms lately.

When you have many lists, there's a scroll mechanism that kills the right
side: it goes out of the window. then disappear. so you lose the button and the
relevant data. see pics

Notice how the recent lists always show last, bottom of list, I think the user
probably will need to scroll down there.

To counter this, I suggest to disable the scrollbar on right side, and make the
list scrollable, alone.
Or
Glue the right side in place, so it doesn't move while the rest does.
