I don't know specifically about these but it looks the same as the attached
pic from set 9833
The US/Canada listing on BL shows a different design (although it is the same
spec)
But yours does look like the UK version of 9833 but I assume yours has the US/Canada

Could just be an updated design?

I can't discover anything panel-ish about this part. I'd say it's

Half an arch might be a slope but, surely, an arch + an inverted arch is not
a slope, it’s a cylinder!

Okay but then it should be a Slope AND a Slope Inverted. And both Double. So
does that make it Quadruple or Double-Double?
We really need a catmin who is used to deep and rigorous classifications.
I don’t know, maybe an entomologist or something like that?
