Set No: 7750 Name: Steam Engine

7750-1 (Inv) Steam Engine
254 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 1980
Sets: Train: 12V

* Add 1 Part 4181pb064 Black Door 1 x 4 x 5 Train Left with Finnish 'VR 7750' Pattern (Sticker) - Set 7750 (Counterpart)
* Add 1 Part 4182pb064 Black Door 1 x 4 x 5 Train Right with Finnish 'VR 7750' Pattern (Sticker) - Set 7750 (Counterpart)

Comments from Submitter:
From my own used set

Instructions and set images show the stickers applied on a parts assembly next
to the door. I don't see stickers on the doors in this set. So this counterpart
cannot be accepted unless there is a different version of the instructions where
the stickers are on the doors.

There are three alternate models for this set. The second one on the instructions.
The third and forth ones on the box art (two on the front side of the box. On
the back of the box, the alternate model is exactly the same as one of the models
on the front side of the box) See attached

For the third and forth models, the stickers "DB 7750" are applied on the doors.
There are other stickers for various European railways on the sticker sheets,
such as the French one SNCF (however this set was never sold in the market of
France, Italy or UK) Make the number exact, there are 12 stickers advertising
different railways.
It is worth mentioning that many owners of this set prefer to apply the stickers
on the doors which make these part assembly more demanding. Make
In theory, part assemblies should be added for all other stickers, as many are
already added for trains

Set No: 7735 Name: Freight Train
*
7735-1 (Inv) Freight Train
492 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 1985
Sets: Train: 12V
and

Set No: 7745 Name: High-Speed City Express Passenger Train
*
7745-1 (Inv) High-Speed City Express Passenger Train
695 Parts, 10 Minifigures, 1985
Sets: Train: 12V

You're right Reza, I did look on the instructions and large images on Peeron
and Brickset for alternate images from the box but didn't give attention
to the BL-box image(s).

Comments from Submitter:
According the partslist in the instruction, the nozzle is provided including string.

Hi

No, the first release (from 2007) came with a separate string and hose nozzle.

Instructions 4502939 or 4502940:
see page 15: https://www.lego.com/biassets/bi/4502939.pdf

The updated release (from 2010), hose nozzle with string:
Instructions 4586971 or 4586972
see page 15: https://www.lego.com/biassets/bi/4586971.pdf

The front page from the 1ste and later version didn't change

to the IA: can we have a note like this one? (something with the MID 99)
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=60002-1#T=I

Done. I also switched the regular and alternate so that the older version is
now regular and the new version is alternate.

By the way, you mixed up the links to the instructions. The first link leads
to the second version of instructions and the second link leads to the first
version.

Thanks Paul

Mixend up? Did I? Please check again, the 1st link is from the no longer available
instructions from 2007. The 2nd link from the 2010 version. Links taken from
Brickset.

Stefaan

Sorry, my mistake. I had assumed that the instructions with the old type hose
nozzle with fixed string would be the older version. But looking at the copyright
dates in the instructions I see that they are indeed the second version. Strange
that they would use the older version of the part in a later version of the set.

Based on that I also reversed my earlier decision to switch the regular and alternate
items.

Thanks

Set No: 162 Name: Locomotive without Motor
*
162-1 (Inv) Locomotive without Motor
212 Parts, 1977
Sets: Train: 4.5V

* Change {1 to 2} Part Yellow 3009p01 Brick 1 x 6 with Black Car Grille Pattern

Comments from Submitter:
Two of these are required to build two of the models shown as photos on the instruction-sheet: see pages 13 and 14 on Peeron's scan of the sheet.

How do you know that the brick in those photos that are unseen have the pattern
on them? The logical side of me says that the symmetric side of the train car
would have the same brick, but the skeptical admin side of me says that I need
better proof. Do you have any other reliable source or information that could
help with this request?

Thanks,
Randy

I've owned two copies of this set; both came with two of these bricks.

And when you say "owned", were the copies originally purchased new by you or
were they used sets?

Thanks,
Randy

Hi Randy

Peeron says 2x 3009p01 and 6x 3009 yellow 1x6 bricks, BL = 1x and 7x.
http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/162-1

Not visible on both sides, only 1x on the extra models:
http://www.peeron.com/scans/162-1/13 (left model maybe 2x, right model 1x of
2x?)
http://www.peeron.com/scans/162-1/14 (bottom model 2x?)
I count 7x yellow 3009 on this model http://www.peeron.com/scans/162-1/9 - Maybe
turned over?

I sold this set a few years ago, unfortunately can't find any data.

Any news?

The other Inventory Admin, Paul, ordered this set new from somewhere. I was waiting
for him to receive his set to take care of this request. Prior to that, though,
when him and I talked about this set, we both had our doubts that the parts were
included in the new set since the box images do not show them anywhere.

Cheers,
Randy

I just received my set and can confirm that it has the light gray 4x4 plates.
I will accept the inventory change request now.

Hi Paul

Can you take a picture from the 4x4 plates, the bottom side?
Thanks!

Stefaan

Many thanks Paul!

I see that you have a new set for sale in your store. I assume that set is the

Maybe some pictures with detail from the 4x4 plates (time area...)?
