No because in this particular set this part come already as complete assembly,
so that is why is in regular section as one. This is only happen in City sets.
Similar situation is with this part

| I asked again the Swedish train collector. He confirmed that there are 5 black
legs in his set. His set was not sealed. But he bought it, together with 725
in an excellent condition. Looks to them like the parts were never touched.
My suggestion is to leave it with 5 legs as it is based on instructions. If a
6th leg should be included, then we would need a better evidence.
Correcting vintage sets is sometimes too difficult. I think I need to find a
time travel machine and then travel to the past, discuss with some managers of
TLG and get some help from them.

Those photos actually show six legs. Two with the figures on either end of the
carriage, 3 on the nose and legs of the horse, and an extra one mounted behind
the figure on the rear of the horse.

tiles come from an alternate version of the set which contains different instructions.
This request was not approved because the parts already exist in the set inventory

If there were the ability to note them as alternate spare parts, I would submit
a change request. I have no wish to make the BrickLink inventory conform to what

This set was released in 2008 and I added it to the BrickLink catalog in 2016
when I found it in an Education catalog. In 2017, member MidwayPete reported
finding a new copy of the set and posted a photo on flickr:

In response to my request for further information, he posted this in the forum:

Unfortunately, after repeated attempts to contact him via PM he never followed

and noted what was unknown. I added some of the bags for this set to the BrickLink
catalog in 2010 because at that time some of them were being sold individually
on the LEGO website (the Shop at Home, I believe, but it could have been the
Education website).
I believe there is a copy of this set at the MERIT Library in Madison, WI in
the Teacher Education building if anyone would be interested in completing this
inventory.

a few weeks ago. My extras don't agree with BrickLink or Rebrickable.
While I agreed with 2 extra Red
I also have 2 extra
and 3 extra
I have the ability to note any differences in my personal inventory at Rebrickable.

Source for original inventory was given as set instructions. Therefore, submitter could not have known whether 4032 or 4032b was included. Numerous changes have already been made to this inventory to correct errors.
The year 2011 is currently the last year for 4032b and this set is one of only 4 sets in which it appeared that year.
Additionally, a sealed set appears to show that 4032 was included instead of 4032b. This can be seen here:

Though this set is hardly “normal,” with all the water round plates needed (284).
It isn’t unbelievable that “rules” for bags of mixed bricks with a couple of
round plates aren’t the same than the ones for special bags with dozens of them.

This request will not be approved because there appear to be 5 of these legs
in the set according to the set instructions and approval of this request would
drop the number to 3.
However, it does bring up an interesting point: the minifigures in the set are
incorrectly assembled. As Stefaan pointed out, some changes to the minifigure
parts would be appropriate. He suggests removing the figures and having only
the parts in the inventory and that's not a bad idea since the instructions
don't really show complete figures.
The other option would be the addition of a new figure to the catalog which is
assembled like this figure from the torso upwards:
but includes this part in black as the legs:
Then 2 of those would be included as figures as shown in the instructions and
the cowboy on the horse would have only his parts (torso, head, hat) in the inventory.
As for old029, the instructions don't show that figure assembled that way
and it could be marked for deletion.

Those photos actually show six legs. Two with the figures on either end of the
carriage, 3 on the nose and legs of the horse, and an extra one mounted behind
the figure on the rear of the horse.

54200 is very common extra in modern sets.

No, no extra 54200 in trans-green, which was annoying, I was hoping there would
be at least one spare to add to my MOC parts supplies. Of the translucent green
colours, trans-green is the one I have the smallest amount for that part, being
that it's one of my favourite translucent colours (along with trans-medium
& trans-dark blue). I bought the set for the minifigures, with plans to part
it out into my MOC supplies, so not a complete annoyance, my trans-green 54200
increased, only by one, but still an increase.

Note that this set is the first train in which minifigure appear!
This set was released in 1976. I checked all catalogs I could find from 1977
but it did not appear in any of them.

incorrectly assembled. As Stefaan pointed out, some changes to the minifigure
parts would be appropriate. He suggests removing the figures and having only
the parts in the inventory and that's not a bad idea since the instructions
don't really show complete figures.
The other option would be the addition of a new figure to the catalog which is
assembled like this figure from the torso upwards:
but includes this part in black as the legs:
Then 2 of those would be included as figures as shown in the instructions and
the cowboy on the horse would have only his parts (torso, head, hat) in the inventory.
As for old029, the instructions don't show that figure assembled that way
and it could be marked for deletion.

Someone has pointed out to me privately that the way the figures are inventoried
in this set is something of an unwritten rule for these types of figures. They
are special exceptions which should be addressed in writing, but are not.
Since there is no guidance in the Help sections regarding these types of figures,
I will wait until it exists before doing anything further with these figures.

deletion of trans red one will not be accepted.

| There shouls be 5 of them. Currently y of them are listed. I just asked a collector
from Sweden.
I believe the windows 29 should be removed. Never saw them withput glass.

What a challenge
Almost all were approved, but I found two issues
1. Part with sticker
should be 2 not 1, it is included on both legs on mech - instruction
book 1 page 18 and 21 and I see they are not mirrored. If it is OK then I will
adjust it manualy.
2. With this stickered part is bigger problem
it is part of minifig build, so shouldn't be separately in conterpart category
of this set inventory. It should be resolved as for example in this inventory:
so second minifig with this stickered part should be
added to catalog and then whole minifig added as counterpart. Like this:

There is also example in Ultra Agents theme
from set
So I wll reject addition of this part to the inventory.

The instructions and LEGO inventory page depicts a Devastator with a trans-red torso, but the set comes with a pearl light gray torso

I notice that almost exactly ten years ago (Mar 4, 2008) was reverse change
made on the same minifigs. But I do not have background why, message was purge
long time ago.

- there is a link there provided by Swooshable that will give you all the major
sources.

And also: All available scans of the building instructions have the same (IMHO
wrong) inventory on the last pages. Only one version seems to exist.
