At first, I had checked the instructions but didn't see the legs of the hourse.
At the same time, I was in contact with a collector from Sweden. I asked him
and he said FIVE legs.
The photos that I uploaded are from the store Bluxe.
Stefaan, The problem is that there could have been a 6th leg so that the minifigure
on the horse can come down and walk, otherwise he has to borrow a pair of leg
from the legs or the "month" of that horse!

No kidding, let me first check again with the collector of 12v train who checked
his copy yesterday. This is interesting now

Thank you for adding photos. Sorry, I wasn't paying attention when you posted:

  As I mentioned before, a collector checked his set and confirmed this. I can
also upload photos of Bluxe, if necessary.

So a vintage train collector has confirmed what the instructions are showing
with his copy of the set.

What is the source here?
The instructions on Peeron are different as the build up on the picture.

  Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 726 Name: 12V Western Train with 2 Wagons and Cowboys
*
726-1 (Inv) 12V Western Train with 2 Wagons and Cowboys
274 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 1976
Sets: Train: 12V: Western

* Delete 3 Part 15 Black Legs Old

Comments from Submitter:
Already included in the minifigures

This request will not be approved because there appear to be 5 of these legs
in the set according to the set instructions and approval of this request would
drop the number to 3.

However, it does bring up an interesting point: the minifigures in the set are
incorrectly assembled. As Stefaan pointed out, some changes to the minifigure
parts would be appropriate. He suggests removing the figures and having only
the parts in the inventory and that's not a bad idea since the instructions
don't really show complete figures.

The other option would be the addition of a new figure to the catalog which is
assembled like this figure from the torso upwards:

Minifig No: old029 Name: Legoland - Blue Torso, Black Legs, White Cowboy Hat
*
old029 (Inv) Legoland - Blue Torso, Black Legs, White Cowboy Hat
Minifigures: LEGOLAND

but includes this part in black as the legs:

Part No: 3004  Name: Brick 1 x 2
*
3004 Brick 1 x 2
Parts: Brick

Then 2 of those would be included as figures as shown in the instructions and
the cowboy on the horse would have only his parts (torso, head, hat) in the inventory.

As for old029, the instructions don't show that figure assembled that way
and it could be marked for deletion.

Hi

At that time we have more minifigs build up when they sit down.

In this set, it looks we have 2 minifigs but not one, (or: only '1' and
a half )
when that '1' is also sit down.

http://www.peeron.com/scans/617-1/1

This one, not a real minifig because the motorcycle is part of it
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=659-1
http://www.peeron.com/scans/659-1/3

This is a correct one: we have sit down but can build up as a minifig without
extra's.

Those photos actually show six legs. Two with the figures on either end of the
carriage, 3 on the nose and legs of the horse, and an extra one mounted behind
the figure on the rear of the horse.

75199-1 (Inv) General Grievous' Combat Speeder
146 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 2018
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars The Clone Wars

* Add 1 Part 2780 Black Technic, Pin with Friction Ridges Lengthwise WITH Center Slots (Extra)
* Add 1 Part 3024 Trans-Light Blue Plate 1 x 1 (Extra)

* Add 1 Part 64567 Metallic Silver Minifig, Weapon Lightsaber Hilt Straight (Extra)

Comments from Submitter:
Built set, these parts were left over in addition to a pair of arms for General Grievous.

You didn't have trans green

Part No: 54200  Name: Slope 30 1 x 1 x 2/3
*
54200 Slope 30 1 x 1 x 2/3
Parts: Slope
?
54200 is very common extra in modern sets.

No, no extra 54200 in trans-green, which was annoying, I was hoping there would
be at least one spare to add to my MOC parts supplies. Of the translucent green
colours, trans-green is the one I have the smallest amount for that part, being
that it's one of my favourite translucent colours (along with trans-medium
& trans-dark blue). I bought the set for the minifigures, with plans to part
it out into my MOC supplies, so not a complete annoyance, my trans-green 54200
increased, only by one, but still an increase.

Comments from Submitter:
No source is given for the existing inventory which includes a total of 6 legs. Peeron's inventory lists 6 legs also and the source is given as instructions.

However, the instructions only show a total of 5 legs (3 for the horse and 2 for minifigures). In the absence of any evidence from an actual set and because of the likelihood that BL/Peeron inventory sources were set instructions, I am changing the count of legs to match the count shown in the instructions. Note that Brickset's inventory currently shows only 5 legs.
