| Got an order on Jan 28, 2024 00:58 however not receiving the mail from it so
far. Send the invoice on Jan 28, 2024 13:36 not receiving that mail either.
Up until yesterday receiving all mails, nothing changed afaik.
Anyone else same problem?

I made a mistake in shipping cost on an order, now I want to full refund the
buyer and sent a new invoice. Buyer paid by paypal (onsite).
How should I proceed?

| I've issued a partial refund through paypal, now on the Order page it shows
"Partial" and on the Manage Refund page it shows the amount as partial refund.
Is that all there is to it? Or should I do something more?
The Manage Refund page has a field to fill in the refund amount, should this
be done also?

Since my last nickname change, as a follow up on the announcement of nicknames
being synchronised with LEGO, logging on to BrickLink give a 404 Error i.e. this
page:

| I always assumed the 45 in Slope 45 means 45 degrees, and in Slope 33 it means
33 degrees, however if you calculate the exact degrees based on brick measures
it is not.
A standard 1 x 1 brick measures 7.9375 mm x 9.5250 mm (length/width x height
without the stud).
Building with Slope 45 bricks results in a slope of 50 degrees, not 45.
Building with Slope 33 bricks results in a slope of 31 degrees, not 33.
As is well know, assumptions are the mother of all f*ups, so I most likely assumed
wrong 
Therefore... just curious, where do the 45 and 33 come from?

not support orders shipping to Pensylvania.
Ik heb USA in mijn Shipping staan en PayPal als internationale betaalmethode.
Verder Manual invoicing, en alleen EURO.
Wat moet ik wijzigen zodat de order geplaatst kan worden?

where do all these go if not sold?

| Please add (conditional) macro tags for a member's country and language.

There are a lot of tags but none for country or language. E.g. it would be nice
to send buyers messages in their own language i.c. the language they specified
to be communicated with. E.g. buyers in The Netherlands and part of Belgium could
specifiy as language Dutch. As seller it is then possible to create message templates
in different languages.

| Message Templates: Edit Order Invoice
Email subject
"Invoice for BrickLink Order #"
The Email subject is fixed / not modifiable, and I would like it to be editable
to suit my store's needs. E.g. replace the word 'Invoice' with something
else.
So I suggest to make this editable, including support for the macro's
in order to be able to match the email subject better with the contents of the
invoice template.

The Catalog defines packaging and instructions and other books etc.

The Color Guide download shows Black as RGB 212121 and Dark Brown as 510000
This makes Dark Brown darker than Black
I would expect Black to be RGB 000000
Why is that?
