their store set up to ship to the USA, and aren't great about responding

| I've had a buyer place an NSS on a (shipped and received, confirmed by tracking)
Order #23768286.
The stated reason for the NSS from the buyer:
"I am trying to cancel my bricklink account, but it's not letting me
because this order is still active. Please deactivate it ASAP and inform me of
thus so I can cancel."
We're going on 10 days now- the buyer hasn't responded. I haven't
heard anything out of the two Help Desk tickets I've opened, and I'm
growing anxious.
I thought help desk ticket times had been improved, and were in the range of
3-4 days now?

| Has anyone else been seeing their order statuses randomly changing lately? I've
noticed around 10 orders over the last two days have their status randomly reset
from "Shipped" "ready", payment status changing, and others.

| I have come across three listings in the last week that I wanted to purchase,
but alas did not offer shipping to my country. All, coincidentally, are in Germany.

| With LEGO continuing their trend of including Bionicle easter eggs in new sets,
I think it is important to accurately catalog these pieces.
The name of parts and should be modified to
include the phrase "Tahu and Kopaka".

| I see today that all listings for [P=3626cpb2715,1] (and similar test prints)
have been removed from sale.
Why? These test prints have been around for yeeaaaars, long long before the leaks
started coming out of the mexico factory.

| Hi there!
I recently made a purchase from a store here (Kuboteka) that is registered in
Lithuania, but their terms state that all of their stock is held in Russia.
I see Bricklink's terms of service for sellers part 1.2.8 stats:
Exact quantity: The quantity of the item that you are listing for sale must not
be greater than the quantity you have physical possession of in the country
in which your BrickLink store is registered. Drop shipping is not permitted.
The only exception to this is a custom fan magazine that has to be pre-ordered
and the Buyer is made aware of this in the item description
Is this a special case that Bricklink has set up for Kuboteka? If that's
the case, the wording of the terms should probably change.

| Hello,
Can we please move 1x part in set to Extra Pieces? The
instructions only show a single band used to complete the model. I'm surprised
the set even came with a second medium-sized rubber band to begin with.

| Is there any way in which to part out sets including their counterparts (such
as Groot, Fluffy, etc) as a single assembly, and not have those parts listed
twice (once as the counterpart, once from the main set inventory? Either Brickstore
or Bricklink parting out would be fine.

| Hello, helpful people!
I have a quick question on how Bricklink charges fees. If a credit is applied
to an order after it has been placed (but before it is paid), will the seller
still be charged BL's fee on that amount, or on the final total?

| Hello, helpful folks!
I'm trying to get into the habit of using Brickstore for adding parts to
my store. One feature I'm not finding is to automatically price parts at
6mo average + a set percentage. That would save a lot of time when listing parts.
Anyone know of a way to do this?
How do you quickly price parts for bulk uploads?

| I see that does not have a weight listed in the catalog. I have an
open copy of that set that I could submit the weight for- is that something that
is allowed? It is highly unlikely for any users here to come across a sealed
copy of the set, and the difference in the original set's bags would be negligible,
but I want to make sure this isn't violating some rule.

| I just had a transparent-clear minifgure torso in my inventory deleted for being
"counterfeit"... despite there being an image of a trans-clear torso in the catalog
listing for the part! Gee wilickers, who's verifying these reports and deleting
items?
That said, I appreciate bricklink's moderators keeping the site relatively
clear of inaccurate listings and illegal items, I just think this case was a
tad absurd.

| I have been dealing with two problematic orders from the same seller for a couple
months now, and had finally reached an agreement with the seller for a refund
amount. However, when the seller sent that refund, he sent it as a payment, not
as a refund through Bricklink or Paypal, resulting in the refund being about
$10 short.
The problem is, Bricklink went ahead and removed the NSS complaints I had to
have out on those orders! Is this standard practice for the help desk? What next
steps do I have in this scenario? Rarely ever are there orders when I place orders
through the amazing sellers of Bricklink, so this is very new to me. I have never
had this happen before, and I am quite beside myself...
