| A while back, I had a buyer reach out to me asserting that the
I sold them was fake due to no lego logo and that they've
often seen Ninjago theme as one of the most common themes where knock offs are
produced.
It's possible that it was fake, but there is usually more to it than just
a non logo. The difference in quality is usually glaring and would certainly
be noticeable on a trans-clear part that's also printed.
Since then, I've come across
that I know are authentic that do not have a lego logo. I've
also reached out to a few huge sellers that specialize in minifigs and they've
told me as well that some of these hemisphere parts do not have the logo.
If any sellers are able to check any of their hemisphere parts that they know
are authentic, I'd appreciate the additional data.

Seems like just yesterday when we were "racing" to 2000 when I was at
1830s and you just hit 1000.
I lost the race despite the 800+ head-start
I'll always be inspired by the dna brix entrepreneurial story.

In 2021, the name on this part changed from "100 dollar bill" to "100
paper bill"... seems like an odd move to me.
Certainly made it harder to search.
And maybe other regions or countries would refer to it as a "100 paper
bill" or the feeling is that "paper" is more generic bc not every
country's currency is a called a "dollar", but I feel like that could
have been added to the "dollar bill" verbiage.
The part appears to have had the same name from 2001 to 2021, so I think there
should be more consideration put into changing the name on parts with established
names.

| I unnecessarily try to keep my lego selling as quiet as possible around people
irl. Especially if I’m just meeting them.
Well, I should start wearing it on my shirt.
One of the wives in our friend/acquaintance circle, THREW AWAY a tote
of her kids' Lego approx. 1 week before she found out I sold them.
I guess she didn’t even attempt fb marketplace.
Her: “They were all mixed up and not even in the right set any more,
I didn’t think anyone would want them. I would have just given them to you for
free.”
RIP

Is a peculiar listing all around. It's the first time I've seen a minifgure
entry inside the inventory of another minifigure.
It makes sense though, because typically, if a figure missing a bow, it could
be parted out into its components.
However, when Eeyore is missing his bow, you can't part anything else out
and you still have a full donkey fig.
I do find it curious that Eeyore is a minifigure and not a land animal like Scooby-Doo.
Or at the very least, that the bow-less Eeyore is an animal and becomes a minifig
when the bow is added... but maybe that'd be unnecessarily messy.
I don't have a preference either way. Just an interesting observation.

| Hi,
I'm curious why certain items change logs don't show previous names?
I know this figure was called "Kickboxer Girl - Minifigure only Entry"
as recently as May - 2020, yet the change log only shows it was ever called Boxing
Champ ect.
The CMF's set change log includes the kickboxer girl verbiage.

| The email regarding counterfeit minifigs in high qtys had this verbiage:
As a Seller on BrickLink It is your responsibility to ensure that the items
for sale in your store are original LEGO items.
Is this true when a simple false report can get your items removed due to "Reason:
Item is a clone, replica, photocopy, modified element, or is counterfeit"?
What protocol, process, or effort is put into verifying these claims vs blindly
trusting them and removing items or suspending stores for multiple FALSE "violations"?

| ...a Label adjustment fee.
Just got a random $1.10 charge from shipstation.
Paypal transaction just said "subscription fee"
Had to dig really deep into shipstation to actually find what it was for.
Click you username drop-down.
Click the gear icon "settings"
Click the 3rd LINK over: "Account Settings"
Scroll down a bit until you see "Account Credits and Adjustments"
Click on Adjustment Reports
almost there...
Download the CSV file and it shows you which label had an adjustment charge.
In my case, I accidentally clicked my standard label for 4oz on a shipment that
was ".66 lbs" or roughly 11 oz according to the post office.
So that's where my $1.10 charge came from.

| I think the Rock Raiders rock monster needs to follow the precedent sent by the
Power Miner's rock monsters and become a minifigure in the Rock Raiders theme.
He was even affectionately referred to as "Rocky" in the old Lego Club
magazine comics so he's basically a named character.

| Can anyone that received a 1099 from paypal chime in on if the sales tax that
is collected and then deducted as a "partner commission" is also deducted from
the taxable income on said 1099?
Or do we need to track that separately via the order export form? And treat it
as an expense for the Schedule C?

are all transparent colors.
The thanos head is a big fig head so I didn't count that.
Are all transparent heads going to be the vented style going forward?

It took me awhile to ID this set given it's called a caravan.
In the midwest, USA these are referred to almost exclusively has "campers"

| First I've ever had this happen.
Buyer's Bricklink address on the order is NY
I go to print the paypal label, and the paypal ship to address is for Bogota
Cundinamarca
Colombia.
I don't ship outside the US, so I'm not sure why BL doesn't set it
up so that in order for an instant checkout to work, the BL and Paypal addresses
have to match.
Funny? part: $1.75 in New York sales tax got paid by the buyer and I got charged
the higher paypal % for an international payment instead of domestic so like...
which is it?

| You know that clone brand minifigure where whatever company that is decided they're
gonna put an actual embossed nose on there like it's a good idea or something.
Well you have that decision, and then you couple it with the decision of the
end user to try jam a helmet over the top of it and the nose acts like
a barb that doesn't let you take the helmet back off easily.
I should just cut my losses and toss both pieces into the non lego bin, but the
purist in me cannot abandon that poor lego helmet no matter how little value
it has in most colors.
