Hi

Looking for some help, probably from an EU seller.

I enquired with a seller who does not ship to the UK currently about placing
an order (around €750). Essentially asking whether they would be willing to bypass
their current restrictions.

The response I got back was as follows -
Hello, we cannot ship to UK, because we are not registered by HMRC.

Perhaps something I have missed but is this a requirement of shipping to the
UK from the EU, or a misconception of the various rules and thoughts that went
around post-brexit?

If a misconception, is there anything I could point the seller to on this?

Appreciate your help
Gary

Hi

Looking for some advice please. I will try and set out what has happened as it
is a little complicated.

A customer has placed an order for payment with paypal. Order total £157.14
Customer contacted me to say they could not pay via paypal and asked for IBAN
details
Customer paid via IBAN £157.14
I received £108.14. I was expecting a transaction charge (£7) but obviously not
this much to be diducted
I have spoken to the bank and they received £115.14, applied their £7 charge
sent it on to my account.
My bank also told me that a £42 processing fee was applied by the senders bank.
This was taken from the £157.14.

I have asked the buyer to speak to the their bank to understand why the charge
was applied in addition to a commission charge they already paid separately.

However my question is about where I stand as the seller. Obviously I have not
received the full value of the order, does the liability sit with me to send
the item regardless or is it the responsibility of the buyer to ensure I receive
the full amount?

Bit of a messy one, the buyer is being very reasonable so hopefully something
we can sort out quickly!

Thanks for any thought or help anyone can provide.

Gary

Hi
I have purchased a number of part 3626cpb0877, however the ones I have purchased
seem to be a different colour to the one I already have.

I’ve attached a photo. The head on the left is the one I personally took from
a set (pearl gold), the one on the right is one which I purchased recently.

The one on the right is clearly a different colour so I have a few questions
I am hoping someone might be able to help with -
1. Are there any known issues with differences in pearl gold colours?
2. If this is a misidentified colour, what colour could it be?
3. Could this be printed. It’s a fairly rare part?

Appreciate your time and support on this
Gary

Hi

I am having an issue I have not had in the past. I have a buyer who appears to
have marked an order placed with me as paid, however I had not yet invoiced the
buyer. Now I cannot add a shipping cost to the order prior to sending an invoice.

I also cannot unmark the order as paid.

Has anyone had this issue in the past and if so I would appreciate any advice?

Thanks, Gary

Hi
I have had this in my collection for years and have finally got around to adding
to the catalog. Problem is I’m not really sure where it needs to go so hoping
for some help here.

Attached are a few photos of the wooden chess set. It was apparently a colleague
gift a few years ago but the majority of the information I could find was from
a YouTube video. It comes in a white box with Lego logo, the lego logo is also
on the front of the board. The whole thing is made from wood, the top of the
lid can be lifted to show the game board and the entire lid can be taken off
to show all the pieces etc.

I imagine this should go in the gear section, does anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks, Gary
