| On a recent order, my buyer reported that there was no instruction on how to
pay for the invoice. I thought there would be a button for payment via paypal
onsite, but the buyer says there isn't.
I checked my copy of the invoice, and it notes: "Payment Instructions - Not
Specified"
This invoice copy looks different than other invoices sent out a week ago.
Is there any possibility that my invoice has been changed? What do I do to ensure
that buyers see a link to pay by paypal onsite, as they could do previously?

| A buyer completed the process of removing an item from his order. But now, that
item is not in my inventory.
I would have thought the item would be returned automatically to my store inventory.
Did we miss something?

"Pursuit of Flight" that I ordered on August 4, 2021.
Now I just need to find time between orders to build this set.

| I am shipping a small order to the U.S. and wonder if anyone can explain the
NetParcel tax information form.
1. It's asking me "Select the Account / Party who will pay or has pre-paid
Duties and Taxes" Is that the "receiver?"
2. It's asking me for "Tax Type". what do I select?
3. It's asking me for a "Tax I.D." Whose I.D. is that? Bricklink's?
4. It's asking me for "Export Data". What is that, and where do I find it?
I appreciate any help for Canadian Sellers who have already dealt with this process.

of an item to have it corrected?
In this case, it is the dimensions of an item.

| A U.S. buyer has requested shipping by courier such as Fedex, or DHL. Normally,
I'd send an order like this by Canada Post small packet. From what I can
find out, it looks like Fedex is extremely more expensive. Is this right? Have
any Canadian sellers used this method of shipping?

| First time this has happened to me. My buyer informs me that they cannot pay
for their order by Paypal Onsite.
Buyer says he gets an error statement: "We are unable to process your payment
using your paypal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try
using a different payment method."
Any ideas about what is going on and how I might help my buyer make the payment
through Onsite?

| I'm just curious. Where does this minifig come from? It does not have a set,
or a minifig inventory.
