I have a customer who ordered and used PayPal onsite for payment but could not
use that service. They then opted to pay by cash and sent it. How can I get the
order status changed to be able to update and complete the order since it has
shipped?
If the payment method is onsite and the customer pays offsite, then it's
not possible to update the order status.
