Order Additional Expenses and Credit

Help Center: Orders
Sellers should add any additional expenses or discounts to each order they receive before changing the Order Status from Pending to Ready and sending the buyer an Invoice. The additional expenses and discounts a seller can add are:

  1. Shipping (expense)
  2. Insurance (expense)
  3. Additional Charges (expense)
  4. Credit (discount)

Sellers can add additional expenses and credit in Orders Received.
