Original from 2008! Complete with all four minifigures, stroller, fruits and vegetables, grandfather clock, the works! Includes all three instruction manuals but no box.
Beautiful set, imposing façade, and relatively easy build. My favorite features are the fire escape, the interior store tiling, and the grandfather clock. There are NO MISSING PIECES (as far as I'm aware, having just rebuilt the entire thing).
I can ship semi-intact, mostly apart, or nearly all apart. I just sold Café Corner and Market Street and am still working through my childhood collection for the good stuff.
