Baseplate is in very good condition, with very minimal stress marks (2 corners base meets raised portion & in deep pit). 1 stud on top center raised portion light damage (entirely usable). Stickers applied look good, very minor peeling at corners. 2 of large figures are off-straight slightly. Part is really in good overall shape for age and rarity.
Inspected minifigs and didn't observe any cracks or common defects. Exception is PHA004 torso, which is cracked. Prints and tight joints all good otherwise from what I see. Can't guarantee perfect of course, but these all look good to me.
Books look to be in very good or even excellent condition.
