Verified against BrickLink checklist. All parts are in very good condition for their age. The electrics have been tested and work. Printed bricks nice and clear. Instructions are in good condition without any tears or writing on them, but there is a small hole in the cover and they are quite creased. The box is in very good condition for it's age, though has some scuffing and pen marks. Please see pictures.
