21009 Farnsworth House New and unbuilt, however several of the bags were unsealed. Half of the white part bags remain sealed. Set is complete with extras and instructions (8/10, tear on second-to-last page). Box in rough shape. Please view additional photos! Several bags were opened and had to be inventoried. They were sorted by color and placed into new bags. Set was never built, never displayed, so no yellowing. Two of the pages in the back of the instructions book were somehow adhered to each other (on the bottom corner of the parts page). I pulled them apart as best I could and taped over one for stability. The damaged spot is about 1.5" diameter. The box was handled roughly and the torn hinge was taped.
