The battery box has some corrosion on the inside, otherwise it works fine, missing screw.
The Train motor'(Motor 4.5V Type A 12 x 4 x 4 (Train) with White '4,5 V.' Pattern) s screw is pushed in, so it can't be opened, and it's a little bit loud when driving, otherwise it's in working condition.
The box is in good condition for its age, with internal tray
