I got a big bunch of Duplo and Lego employee exclusive Christmas sets from a TLG employee. All sets which were given to him during his employment (15 yrs+).
He had a number of Duplo sets which were cut open in the factory (most likely for checking and/or testing purposes) and then resealed using special stickers. And some other boxes are sealed but are minimally damaged. Therefore TLG decided to give these sets the loyal employees given they they could not sell them anymore.
I opened these resealed boxes and I found the following: Parts were removed from the prepack bags but have never been used. It can clearly be seen that the parts do not have any marks, scratches, dust/dirt on them. Everything in the box is immaculate condition. I inventoried the parts and found no missing pieces.
