This is from an event, in which the Lego Group and the Maxima Group (a retail chain company), where you have to collect 2 types of stickers to win different prizes. The first type you get for your shopping list amount in intervals of 15 Euro, are small stickers you put on a paper flyer, which when you get 5 of, you can redeem it for a discount on various Lego products, the second type you get for purchasing specifically marked products, that come in packs of four, are stickers for the aforementioned collectors book, where you need to collect 96 different stickers and once you collect them all, 10 people with the completed book will get free tickets to Legoland Billund for their whole family.

I was not able to find an official item number associated with this print. This print is included inside the 5008877 Botanical Almanac book. The print is mentioned to be included on LEGO's product page, Chronicle Book's listing, as well as the front cover of the book itself. However, no more information is provided, including a possible item number or item name. The paper used is a heavy cardstock. The front of the print has the image of the four flowers, and the back of the print is blank.
