Functional difference to 3660 and 76959, because this part does NOT allow to insert a bar into the stud holes. See rebrickable.com : https://rebrickable.com/parts/3660b Could perhaps be joined with 3660old, as both don't allow to insert bars into their holes; but 3660b has flat bottom pin, not round. Btw, at part 3660old, there should be mentioned that the part does not allow to insert bars into its stud holes, the holes are too small.
